Swiss chalet has been a family tradition of our for years, and this experience has been incomparable to previous ones. Our server, Jasmine was very sweet and kind, and took amazing care of us. We were very impressed by Jasmine, as how my mother would put it “one of the best by far!” She was very timely and made sure all our needs were met. Lovely human being!

First of all, our server Dawn was probably one of the best servers I've encountered in years. Very attentive, professional, and courteous. She accommodated all of our requests and never missed a beat. The ribs were tender and juicy and the meat fell right off the bone. We tried the new chicken, cheddar & broccoli soup, it was delicious. The chicken was extra good tonight!

Donna was a fantastic waitress and she anticipated everything that we needed. She greeted us with water and she provided us with the extra butter we wanted without even asking. Donna had a great attitude and her enthusiasm provides the best customer service as a waitress that we have experienced in such a long time. Swiss Chalet should be proud to have her. We had a great time celebrating our early family Christmas dinner! The food took a little long to arrive and I felt that the kids should’ve been served first but otherwise it was an amazing experience reigniting our family tradition of dining out at Swiss Chalet for Christmas! Thank you so much Rachel for serving such a big group and accommodating the space we needed ❤️

Jasmine is a great waitress. Her timing is spot on without her hoovering over our table. The food was good. The music was a little loud, made having a conversation a little hard to hear. The decor was lovely

My family and I went for dinner last night and had a great experience. Jasmine was very prompt with taking our orders and the service was quick. What really stood out was that she made sure the kids got their food first instead of waiting for it all to be ready at once. Thanks again for a great experience!

We fon't go there often since I find the food and service to be pretty average. Things haven't improve. We both had 1/4 leg dinners with garden salad for $20, a good deal. The chicken leg arrived barely warm and was very small, the salad was crisp fresh and nicely dressed. Bottom line, I think Swiss Chalet has lots of room to improve
