Spending a lot of time and money on Reno’s. You need to invest in training your staff and having the team be more efficient and not cut corners. My food was given to me 15 minutes after the time it was set to be picked up online. I got the text to pickup on time, but had to wait the extra 15 in store. Cashier was obviously new and cared not to check on her orders. Got home and the food was cold, the fries were stale and old. Definitely a bad location!

Just had a wonderful supper experience at this location with family after many years that we had not returned. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice renovation and atmosphere, as well as the exceptional attention! Although the menu is the same as at other locations, we noticed that everything we ordered was yummier somehow. Even the gravy and signature sauce were more delicious. For the first time ever, our chicken Ceasar salad came with nicely juicy and warm breast meat. Last but not least, look for Christian (new addition to wait staff!), who was caring, polite, cheerful, and overall a breath of fresh air. We look forward to coming back and will tell our friends and family to come back as well! Congratulations on all the upgrades!! It works!!

This Swiss Chalet was are go to and we could hardly wait until it opened again. It was worth the wait. The vibe here is cozy and comfortable. The service was great! Food came out fast and was hot. The ribs fell off the bone. Bianca our server was the best! Very attentive and pleasant. Brought us extra chalet sauce because my husband loves it in everything! Happy to have our Swiss back!

Tonight kids and I visited the Swiss Chalet at Upper Middle and Eighth Line in Oakville. It has been under renovations for the past 9 months. Let me say the wait was completely worth it, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home like usually is the case here. The new look is extremely eye catching, super clean, spacious, and well-organized, with a comfortable atmosphere perfect for a family meal. Our server - Bianca, was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Of course, the highlight was the food! Swiss Chalet never disappoints, and this location truly exceeded our expectations. Although I didn’t go with the traditional rotisserie chicken l did go with their delicious Ultimate Burger. The kids loved their meals too, which came with generous portions and tasty desserts to round off the meal. We appreciated the efficiency of the service; despite it being newly re-opened and busy busy evening, our meals were served promptly and with a smile. The restaurant’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is always evident with each of our visits. Whether you’re dining in, taking out, or enjoying delivery, this Swiss Chalet location is a gem in Oakville. Check it out, you will surely not be disappointed at all! What's better than seeing your kids eating almost everything on their plate ? Yes, we were amazed to see our 3 year old and 6 year old enjoying their Chicken spring rolls as they were perfectly cooked inside and deliciously crispy outside. They even enjoyed eating crispy chicken tenders and fries as they all are finger food while my younger one was colouring and the older one was busy with cross words. Hearty vegetable pot pie, chicken Caesar salad and Rotisserie chicken with BBQ ribs were all delicious. Server provided everything with a warm smile. We loved the atmosphere and the new look of this location.

We had an opportunity to dine in at this location. Considering the amount of people were on our table ( 3 adults, 2 little kids, 2 older adults ), the service provided by the staff exceeded our expectation. From welcoming us with a warm smile , providing an appropriate seating and serving the chosen items made us feel like home. Our kids enjoyed the colouring activity and the food as well. Our server was constantly making sure that we received everything we've ordered and their warm and attentive service made this an incredible experience.
