We had a wonderful dining experience at Swiss Chalet, thanks to Shiva and the entire team. From the moment we walked in, Shiva made us feel welcome with a friendly smile and attentive service. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and served hot—classic Swiss Chalet quality! Shiva went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in regularly without being intrusive, and his recommendations were spot-on. I have come to this Location with my father a few times. The food always tastes fresh and comes out pretty fast. The service is great. Every time we have Shiva as our server, we feel welcome. She does an amazing job! We have been back a few other times after, and Lana has been a great server as well.

A big thumbs up to the waiter who worked on Saturday the 19th of October 2024. We arrived at about 8:30 PM and he was running from table to table as he was the only waiter left! He kept smiling and being really king the whole evening despite the situation and he even took the time to put a candle on my piece of pie for my birthday! 😀 Just a big THANKS to him! (Otherwise, we tried the quesadillas, the special October soup and pumpkin pie and all was really good 😊)

Richard was very personable and anticipated our needs. He made our meal a “personal experience” by asking about us and picking out my tattoo to chat about. His timing was perfect, he didn't hover nor did he wait to long to check on us. Wonderful service, the food came out hot and the dessert was wonderful. We will be back for another exceptional meal!

Server Shiva, she is the reason why we come as a family to this location. Her infectious smile is welcoming, the food is absolutely amazing, salad made fresh and presentations impeccable. Place is clean, the owner came out to say hello. To end off our meal the coconut pie is a dream. I highly recommend this place, see you soon
