Service and food were fabulous! Great variety and fresh tasty food. Our sever was Laura and she was excellent. She helped us choose our entrees and it was perfect! The whole family loved the pirogies, chicken broccoli cheddar soup and the Holiday Feast. We will definitely be back!

It's been years since I've been to Swiss Chalet and it was delicious! Worth the drive from Buffalo, NY. Our server Jen was friendly and attentive. Myself and friends will return to the Swiss Chalet on Lundys Lane.

Had an amazing dining experience at Swiss Chalet (Niagara Falls location)! Oslidia, our server, was fantastic—super accommodating and very attentive with our food requests. The dishes were absolutely delicious, from the perfectly cooked ribs, roast beef and loaded baked potato to the fresh, crisp salad. And the dessert? Heavenly! The molten chocolate cake with ice cream was the perfect sweet finish. I highly recommend this place for both the food and the excellent service. Definitely a must-visit!

Swiss Chalet provided an exceptional dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the rotisserie chicken. The highlight of our visit was the service. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met promptly. The most amusing part of our visit was when our food was delivered by a robot. It was a unique and entertaining experience that added a fun twist to our meal.

From the minute we walked in the door, we knew we had made a good choice coming here. The lovely Oslidia greeted us with a huge smile and a big welcome. Wonderful server Mel D provided exceptional service, introducing us to the very cool robo-server who occasionally came by to serve other tables. Our meal was excellent. We took advantage of the free app offered with our CAA card, and were sure to collect Scene points from our bill. Manager dropped by to ensure all was well. Having been disappointed with other chain restaurants in this tourist town, Swiss Chalet did not disappoint. Portions were generous and prices the same as other locations. Very impressed.
