The last 4 times we have ordered on Uber Eats from this location they send the wrong order. Bag says 1/4 dinner white and we always get Double leg. If I wanted double leg I would order double leg. It’s not that difficult! For someone who used to love Swiss will never order from them again. Thanks for ruining my dinner!

Prepaid for an order over the phone by credit card. Food arrived after 1hour and 20 minutes COLD. Called store and they said the charge would be reversed. Took my card info and I never got a credit. Have called many times and NO ONE ANSWERS! It has been almost a month now. Only option is to go there in person. I promise that I will be there with a television crew to film. Prepare yourself folks.

Pretty much one of the worst experiences in GTA for me. Broke a/c, dirty tables and seats, terrible food, smelly bathrooms, it had it all. The service folk were courteous (this is completely self-serve, no table service), but they were disorganized, and orders were delayed a bunch. Let's start with the food - the veg burger was unpalatable, the wings were tasty but had a stale after taste, the chicken burger was fine and the tenders were too dry. The cheesecake was fine. The fries were overall so terrible, like they were the last crumbs left in the fryer. The seating- the upholstery was dirty from overuse, the tables were sticky on top, and had gum stuck under the table top (check video), the chairs were chipped and old. The air - was nice and cool outside, stuffy inside as the air conditioning was not working. The staff - were youngsters trying to do their best but the time it took was ridiculous. And a couple of items in the menu weren't available.

This place was awful. The a/c was broke and it was like a sauna. They didn’t bother to open the front door which would’ve let in a breeze and cooled it off. They had no dark meat available. The tables were filthy and hadn’t been wiped down. The cashier got into a screaming match with one of the cooks - which the whole restaurant was listening to - terrible dining experience. There was also some kind of air purifier running in the dining area. If that is what the front of house was like who knows what was happening in the back. We won’t be going back. Total disappointment.

Went in for a chicken and rib combo. everything was fresh ribs were fall off the bone! Fries were hot. Alex took my order was very pleasant.

Went on a Friday night at 6:30pm. They are open until 10pm. They didn't have any roast beef cooked, no baked potatoes...totally disappointed. Won't be going back to this location because everytime I come They don't have anything....horrible.

Smaller location but had really fast service. Food was fresh. My only complaint with our visit today is I was given the wrong salad dressing for my salad. I asked for ranch dressing and got their house dressing instead.

Went for the 6 Oz roast beef dinner. I got 1 broccoli 1 cauliflower 3 red pepper pieces No horseradish. The beef is ok and the proper amount and the mash acceptable But for $19.99 not worth it. Pictured below is what they advertise and what I actually came home with
