Swiss Chalet

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The meal was lackluster, and the refusal to accept a digital coupon was frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location.

Festive special is always a fan favorite in my household. Going to eat in the dining room means I get a break from the cooking and cleaning while getting a good hot meal. Swiss Chalet is nostalgic for me. Growing up we would eat there at least once a month. So it reminds me of my childhood.

The last 2 times we had dinner at this location, we had the pleasure of being served by Paul. He was polite, friendly, professional and always checked on us to see if everything was good and if we needed anything else. Great service, great food the days we were there and wonderful atmosphere. Yes this location can get busy at certain times during the day and Paul made sure his customers were being looked after…not just us, but all his customers in his section. Whenever we go there, Paul will be asked to be our server. Thanks Paul for making our meal more enjoyable with your friendly personality. See you next time we dine at this location.

Came here for dinner on a random Tuesday night. The service was good. Server was nice and polite and didn't bother us every 5 minutes which was great. The food on the other hand was mediocre for me - nothing to rave about, but nothing to complain about. Very mid. The food was on the cooler side which didn't make it feel too "hot and fresh". But the dessert was delicious - warm donuts with a silky caramel sauce. Yum. Overall an 'OK' experience. Would I come back? Perhaps. Am I going to think Swiss when I am craving chicken? Probably not.

Zuzu had the best waiter I e ever had in my life. He made our Saturday night dinner extra special like a celebration. He was friendly, humorous, complementary, and excellent. I hope to come here again and again to such a wonderful smile and laughter

Edited Avoid dining here after 8:15 PM. As a regular customer at this particular SC branch, I visited last night around 8:30 PM. After being seated, we placed our order, but it took longer than usual for the food to arrive. My quarter chicken was barely a chicken leg, served cold and without gravy. I was very disappointed. I wish someone had informed us that they were close to closing time, so I could have left without feeling let down.

Got a coupon on the mail so decided to go and check it out, it has a good variety in the menu, lots of dairy free and vegan options available, also has a good kid's menu. Food was ready quickly and everything tasted great, server was kind and helpful although it got slower as the place got crowded. Will definitely visit again to try other plates!

I have been to this location multiple times. One of my go to places to eat for a quick lunch or dinner with family or for couples. Place is clean, and service is always quick and attentive. Their food is always consistent, never had any bad meal from them. It's simple and good. I love their chalet sauce. They have great deals and promotions they sometimes have. Not sure if they still give out coupons out in the mail as they did in the past, but those were always so good to use! I would continue to keep coming back to this location because of its consistency with their food and for their good service.
