I had the pleasure of being served by Katrina during my visit to Swiss Chalet, and she made our dining experience unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout our meal. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured that our drinks were always topped off. Her friendly and professional attitude truly elevated our experience. Katrina's exceptional service made our visit extra special, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for her if you're dining here!

This was one of the best restaurant experiences I have had with family and friends. The food was cooked perfectly and the customer service was top tier! Catarina gave us the warmest greeting and was very attentive through our entire meal. She is the heart and soul of this establishment and made our experience extra special; paying attention to my 2 year old and going above and beyond to show kindness and genuine care for us and our experience at the restaurant. They offer so many different food options and promotions to suit everyone’s taste. We can’t wait to visit again!

Stephanie was so amazing! She let us know about the wine promotions and we turned our cheeky swiss chalet dinner into a party! She also let us know that we could upgrade our perogies to bacon and sour cream which was awesome. She was extremely attentive and kept checking in with us. Loved her humour, service and attitude. Great waitress! Will be back for sure.

We visited from the U.S. and tried Swiss Chalet for the first time. Wife & I shared the cheese pierogis and both had the rotisserie quarter chicken meals. The food was served hot and it tasted great. The interior of the restaurant is nicer than it appears from the outside. I would like to try other dishes if I'm back in Canada in the future.

One of my favourite places to get food from! I was served by Katarina and she was so polite and attentive to our table! I would definitely continue coming here in the future thanks to the great food, and amazing customer service :)! Thanks for making our night
