Had the festive dinner and started with the chicken springerolls! My first time to Swiss chalet in a long time and it didn’t disappoint, Nura was our server and she was so sweet and had great service even though it was a busy lunch rush!

Went to this location for the first time. Restaurant is small however their service is great. We had Magda as our server and she was amazing. I can’t remember going out for dinner and having such a personable. She engaged with our children throughout the meal and made it a very nice experience. Although you can go to any Swiss Chalet and get the same food, we would certainly return based on the service alone!

Came in for the festive special! Great deal. Service was very quick and friendly. Our server Kris was very attentive and always smiling :) Food hit the spot. Will be back again!

Our waitress this evening was Kris K and she was absolutely delightful. She was a very extremely attentive and efficient waitress everything was great and we would love to be served by her again! Food wise everything came out very quick and was extremely hot and fresh! Definitely recommend this location and ask for Kris K you will have an amazing time and everything will be great! Thank you again can’t wait to come back!

Went here for a family dinner on a Thursday night and we were seated by the window. Our server, Kris, came by and took our drink order right away. Our piping hot food took a bit of time to make, but the quality was excellent. Crispy skin on the chicken, super hot gravy and the kids devoured their chicken fingers and rib burger in no time at all. Chris was an amazing server, attentive to our needs and even gave me a huge gravy to take home with my leftover quarter leg. I will definitely come back soon!

It was my first time visiting this location after so long of staying away from Swiss Chalet because I did not like their food at all and after visiting here I still stand by not liking this Frenchie at all because the food is not great, the chicken is dry and flavorless the fries are soggy, the Putin was salty and a bit bitter at the end, the soup was ok but vary low ok and there chalet sauce is not good on taste, I just can't with this franchise they need to put some good flavorful life into the food. The service was good I had nothing to complain except that they take a bit of time when serving but nothing major. Also fix your tables from slides because one push of a finger can move them. Not a place to which I recommend going to but still try it out for yourself.

Ordered the tuesday special 2 can eat. Fries were good, chicken was succulent. My taste buds could have handled a little more kick in the gravy, but overall good. The chicken was juicy and had a nice salted and roasted skin. I would love to dine in there again.

Have always had good meals and service at Swiss Chalet and this was no exception. Glad to see familiar face from the Financial Drive outlet here serving us on our visit. She provided warm and friendly service as usual. Meals were delicious and always good value for money.
