I recently had the pleasure of dining at Swiss Chalet with a large party, and I have to say, Misha was fantastic! She handled our group efficiently and was incredibly patient with the kids, making sure they were well taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, perfect for a family gathering. The food was delicious and served quickly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place and Misha’s excellent service!

Had a huge take out order for a work Christmas gathering I did on line. It was ready in time. Tasted great. And amazing people helped me. I’d like thank Sargon at the take out counter for her friendliness and helping me carry the food to my car and to Brittany the manager for helping me with my difficult order. These 2 ladies are amazing. Thank you. Great experience. Definitely returning.

Jurate was exception as our server. She is very attentive and welcoming. We love coming here to relax. She remembers us from previous visits. We enjoy her personality and come back because she is amazing. TIL next visit.

I want to say first off, our server was incredibly friendly and it was very busy this evening. The table was not cleaned, we waited a long time to be served. Our appetizer came at the same time as our meal...always love when that happens. Waited an additional 10 minutes for cutlery and to be fair, I had to go track someone down to get that. 2 other tables were also not cleaned properly. Again, I get that it is busy but check on your quests, make sure they have what they need to eat and enjoy their meals, even a quick "sorry it's busy" would make a world of difference. Our server was super friendly... when we saw her.

I recently had an amazing experience with the Jurate! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met throughout my visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was prompt, which made for a very enjoyable meal. I really appreciated how they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, from the recommendations on the menu to the timely refills on drinks. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Our waitress Cory was just lovely! All our appetizers and then mains came out and it ran very smoothly. She’s the hustler ha ha. Also very personable. We were a large group of 14 and we all enjoyed our evening out together. She definitely made the experience, friendly and worthwhile.
