We were here enjoying our Christmas party with a big group over 30+ people. Valerie, our server was very friendly, attentive and patient with our orders. Food came out at a reasonable pace. We all had a great time!

We ordered the Thanksgiving special today. The service was excellent and very attention to detail. We arrived there by 11 am and found out there were already three or four tables ahead of us. Food came out very fast and just the right temperature and portion. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you. We will come back for more special on Tuesday and Wednesday soon.

Came by Sunday night for dinner and ordered the roast beef, a quarter let with poutine and double leg with salad. The roast beef was prepared and tasted great. The roasted chicken seems to be a bit on the dry side, not tender/juicy. It wasn't the falloff the bone as it use to be before. It might have been sitting in the kitchen for a while cause when we got the chicken it was room temperature and a bit on the dry side. The chicken could have been much better, I did not complain because I don't usually eat Swiss Chalet (maybe once a year) so it wasn't worth my time to complain. Staff/service was good and restaurant is very clean.

Usually we do take out, but decided to dine in for once. Food was hot and fresh, and didn't take much time to arrive. Valerie (our server) was attentive, prompt and friendly! We're definitely coming back to dine in with the kiddie, especially since there is a Kids Dine Free deal going on!

This place need a new management in my opinion. Not enough server at all, floor is extremely sticky (not cleaned?). Server attitude could have been nicer. When we tried to order the double leg dinner during last two visits, they always insisted they did not have enough legs and would offer 1 leg and 1 half chicken for same price. They don't understand, better value doesn't mean that's what we wanted. Only reason for 2 stars is the chicken and sauce still taste good like other locations.

Our server was efficient and fast :) this place is good for families. very busy on the weekends for dinner so be prepared to wait at 6pm. the steamed veggies were almost raw! Barely edible. The ribs were not very meaty. The quarter chicken with honey glaze was a nice touch.

Had an amazing dining experience and tasty food as expected. We’re never disappointed when dining at Swiss Chalet, especially this location. Frankie was our server and he was perfect and gave us great service. We’ll definitely be coming back and look forward to seeing the friendly staff. Also, the Cheesy Garlic Loaf tasted great and better than I expected! Thank you Frankie!

Kitty is an exceptional server at Swiss Chalet, and she consistently enhances my dining experience there. Her friendly and attentive demeanor is a highlight of my visits. Kitty's knowledge of the menu is impressive, and she always provides helpful recommendations. Whether I'm in the mood for their famous rotisserie chicken or another delicious dish, Kitty ensures that my order is prepared to perfection. I genuinely look forward to dining at Swiss Chalet not only for the delicious food but also for the outstanding service that Kitty consistently delivers. She is a true asset to the restaurant, and I can't recommend her enough!
