I come in when I'm hungry. Always served by Anna during the lunch rush. She gets me in and out quickly because I have a short lunch hour. Also the owner Jit is a great owner (in my opinion). Very friendly man. But Anna is the star of the show! Thanks to her for amazing service. Thanks to this store for great service!

We normally venture to the SC near Markville Mall, but tonight we figured we’d try out the one on Markham Rd since it was closer to us. We were greeted and served by, a friendly lady named, Anna and she was absolutely super! Not only super patient, kind, and prompt—she also went above and beyond to explain how some benefit programs worked to us which she absolutely did not have to. She was amazing and she made our experience here delightful. We will definitely be coming back here again. :) Good job everyone!

We had a lovely supper. My groups’ favourite part were the appetizers (we got the spring rolls and garlic bread). The manager Anna ran a great staff who were very catering and helped us save money with our coupons. Great experience.

Our family was very pleased with the treatment we received at this location; moreover, the food came out in a timely fashion and tasted delicious. Our server, Anna, was extremely considerate and customer service oriented. Kudos to the staff at this location, and in particular, Anna, for always making us feel welcome.

We bought deluxe family dinner. Chicken has no flavour and salad and fries are old . No salad dressing. Won’t be back very disappointed.

Best Swiss Chalet franchise in the Markham area by far. No shortcuts were taken at this Swiss Chalet location. We were greeted and seated anywhere we'd like in the restaurant. Came here for the Thanksgiving chicken specials. Portions are still reasonable, franchisee didn't downsize the meal to meet the meal price point. We were able to get Caesar Salad as our sides while some other franchises claim it's not available. Food arrived promptly after ordering. Our hostess/waitress was super friendly, accommodating and fast. Restaurant was clean and no other odors in the air even though Harvey's is served next door. Washrooms are shared with Harvey's next door. Plenty of parking available store front and on the side.
