Jade (Server aka Yu) was AMAZING!! I requested the meal to be a bit warmer.. and she wouldn’t leave my side until I was satisfied.. even after I said I was content (she saw the look on my face that I really wasn’t), she took it back to make the adjustments. This locations seemed more recently renovated with a modern interior and a spacious seating plan. Many booths available as well as large tables. We were seated right away and our food came out quickly despite it being prime dinner time on a 2-can-dine night! Our waitress was friendly and came to check on us periodically. Got the classic quarter chicken dinner with a Caesar salad (and a Shirley temple! ) Lots of free parking in a large parking lot right outside the restaurant.

Brooke's service was great! She was very friendly and efficient. Your chalet sauce tastes like it's been adjusted, not as good as it used to be, and the French fries are thinner than they used to be as well. I prefer them just slightly. chunkier. I do love how everything here is very affordable.

everything was perfect! The place is super cozy and clean. Our server Lisa was so friendly, genuine, and just such a lovely personality! It was such a pleasure meeting her, which made our granddaughter grandmother lunch that much more special. This swiss chalet is a great location. Delicious food, great people, pleasant atmosphere!!

Service and atmosphere were really good, but their food wasn’t very convincing. Food did not feel fresh and fries looked like they were leftovers from previous night reheated and served. Quesadillas and Salad were alright again not very fresh, quantity was good though.

On a mission to try every Swiss chalet in the GTA. This location is good but nothing stood out. Chicken - dry and came out warm. By the time I finished taking pictures the dish was already room temp. The skin was over seasoned and too salty. Fries - good but did not come out hot. Bread - dry and somewhat hard, was not warm. Chalet sauce - very good. , served hot .Adheres to fries and chicken perfectly. Good salt level. Service - friendly. Atmosphere - one of the nicer location with ample seating and drive through. Has the modern classic look This location needs a better food heater or make the fries to order instead of batch cooking.

We came here for a Mother's Day dinner celebration and had a phenomenal evening. I've been here a few times, and the experience has been good. They've got a lot of dinner and occasional specials. Our server, Joanne was excellent, a gem who truly enhanced our dine in experience. Very personable, courteous and attentive she'll make us want to come back :) For food, I had their in-house chicken spring roll which was really good to accommodate it with a lager. As for main entree I had their quarter chicken, dark meat with their Cajun fries which is always a hit. To end off the meal I had their lemon merengue. Overall it was an excellent experience, well be back!!!!
