Swiss Chalet

Food was delivered chicken fresh/hot and good. The only complaint was either the chalet dipping sauce or the fries .. way too heavily salted. The sauce was really salty.

**NO DINING ROOM AT THIS LOCATION** Despite what this Google listing says, there is no dining room at this location. It’s a very strange location as it has 2 entrances, 1 on each side of the building and apparently both are for pick up. Also, the parking lot requires you to pay. So I wasted $5.00 here today due to the misleading Google listing. I informed the employee at the cash about this and they said they are “working on it”.

Pathetic location. They should’ve never changed it from how it was. First of all, you have to pick it up at the front where there’s no parking and only a bike lane. So good luck if you’re handicapped. Secondly, when you do try to use the app, it won’t accept your payment after two credit cards and after Apple Pay it still won’t accept your payment. And you can’t pay cash inside, since it’s “not that type of location”. And don’t call the support number. Oh no, the man that answered apparently didn’t understand me… a fluently crystal clear English language speaking born Canadian for decades.

I just love your roasted chicken, ribs, mashed potatoes, fries, cranberry sauce and the gravy. im sorry but your chicken is the best damn canadian chicken that i adore! you all deserve to be upgraded to the next level :)

I ordered through the Swiss Chalet App took over 2 hours, tried calling customer service line couldn’t even get through to the store - to the point I tried calling the store myself and still couldn’t get through. On the app times keep pushing back 20 mins.THIS IS THE WORST SWISS CHALET TO ORDER FROM. They need to close this location.

Joe was a great help. His suggestions were perfect. The chicken soup was tasty with lots of chicken and noodles. I also ordered a baked potato and it was super yummy. I definitely recommend this place. It's clean, friendly staff and awesome food.

If I could give 0 ratings I would. I ordered the chicken pot pie, ceasar salad and soup. Chicken Pot pie was a half-cooked pastry on top of “soup” with some pieces of veggies and ZERO and I mean ZERO pieces of chicken in the pie. The soup had maybe two shreds of chicken scraps and the iceberg lettuce was 50% brown. I used to LOvE Swiss chalet chicken pot pie because it used to be so good and I ordered from this location on a consistent basis. I will never order from here again. $20 for soup pie - no thanks. And the white chunks in the pie are potatoes not chicken.

My coworkers and I came here about two weeks ago and had almost a perfect time but there was a fowl smell in the air that tainted our experience. I left a review detailing the experience and the owner/corporate was quick and kind to investigate with my help. They discovered the source and made several changes to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. I've returned today to have a fresh experience and what a difference! Edie (our waitress from the previous visit) was there to give us the same great service as we received last time. The food was once again bang-on and delicious from start to end. Management was very warm and genuinely interested in us enjoying our time and the food. There were no hints of a bad taste from my previous review, he genuinely appreciated my input and thanked me for it because "it's how we learn and improve" as he said. I can safely say my coworkers and I feel great about coming here time and again :)
