Takeout has really gone downhill in the past couple of years. You can never find a hostess when you enter cause they are always busy, 10-15 minutes wait, when you get your order you will be missing something or it’s not what you ordered. I would come here for dine in but forget takeout from this place.

Our family had dinner at this location and our server was Linda. I just wanted to take a minute to say just how wonderful she is. Fast service and a pleasant smile. We love coming to this location! All staff are just so welcoming! You are a very lucky location!

At Swiss Chalet, Trina was an exceptional server who made the dining experience truly enjoyable. From the moment I was seated, her warm and genuine smile set a welcoming tone. She was attentive without being overbearing, checking in at just the right moments and ensuring everything was perfect. Her knowledge of the menu stood out, as she confidently recommended dishes and catered to dietary needs. Throughout the meal, she remained calm and professional, even during busy periods, making me feel well taken care of from start to finish. To add onto the amazing service the food was bomb one of the best Swiss chalet locations i've been to! 10/10 def recommend.

I had the pleasure of being served by a young lady named Trina. My daughter and I came in and was promptly greeted and seated by Trina. She got our drinks, and took our order, the food came out in a timely manner. She frequently checked in to ensure we were doing good and if there was anything else. I rarely eat out, but had a good experience coming to the restaurant and the service was great. Thanks Trina!

My recent visit to Swiss Chalet was a delightful experience, all thanks to a lovely waitress named Linda. From the moment we sat down, her kind and cheerful disposition warmed my heart. She took the time to engage in conversation, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Now, let me tell you about the food! The roasted chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection, just like how I remember it from my youth. Each bite was flavorful, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. Linda checked on us regularly, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed. In a time when good service seems to be a rarity, Linda’s attentiveness and genuine care made my dining experience special. I left Swiss Chalet full and satisfied, with a smile on my face, all thanks to her. If you find yourself there, do yourself a favor and ask for Linda!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Swiss Chalet with my Husband and was fortunate enough to be served by Linda. Linda was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right moments. She took the time to explain the menu options and offered thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, from the timing of our courses to accommodating special requests for our Children. Overall, Linda's exceptional service truly elevated our meal, and I can't wait to return to Swiss Chalet for another great experience. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a treat! Highly recommend! The food is usually the same at most Swiss Chalets but this location's food tastes more fresh especially the chicken. We will be back!

I don’t come to this location often but i came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday last week and im glad we did. It’s hard to find restaurants now where both the food and service is good. Addy our server was amazing and probably one of the sweetest servers we’ve come across. She took the time to make sure this occasion was special for my boyfriend and i 💕 she genuinely cared. dinner came quick and was great. wish we took pictures. Thanks again Addy!

It's pretty neat to share a birthday with one's favorite restaurant; Swiss Chalet and I we're both born in 1954. Sadly there are no restaurants left in BC, so I hit them up when I come to Ontario. Tonight, Izzy and her manager made this visit even more special, with wonderful service and an extra special surprise. I will never forget how special they made this birthday. Thank you so much Izzy 😉🤗❤️
