Just ordered a quarter chicken dinner. The chicken is completely pink. I don’t understand who thought it would be a good idea to allow this to go out. Absolutely disgusting. This establishment should be shut down. Risking people’s life isn’t a joke. I’m going to complain to headquarters as well. Occurred Friday 27,2024

We very much enjoy bringing our 91 year old mom to the Swiss Chalet at Bovaird & Conestoga in Brampton. The food is always great. We always look forward to seeing our waitress Ana Paula. She is so friendly and her customer service is excellent!! She is the best waitress ever!!

Sometimes you just want some good old comfort food at Swiss chalet and tonight was that night for me and my family. This is our first time at this location and we were very pleased. Friendly greeting when we first entered, quick service. Our waitress Desirae was so kind and got our orders to us promptly and made sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious as always, we got the quarter chicken dinner with an app and dessert. We will be back!!

This is not my first time of coming here, I've been eating the same food since I've been coming. Warm reception from servers and great atmosphere, not too bright or too loud, perfect just the way I like it. I'll eat something else next time.

Out of the Swiss chalets I’ve been to this one definitely has the freshest food, I came this morning and ordered the 1/4 chicken with fries and the fries were still hot and crispy by the time I got home. Anya made sure I had everything I needed and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Will definitely keep coming to this location!

My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch last week, and were attended by Paula. She seated us immediately and was very friendly and courteous. Our meal was brought out very fast, and hit the craving. Everything was great, amplified by great service from our lovely server.

We love this location and drive 45min Just for their chicken and outstanding service. 👏 This location has had the same manager for many years, our family loves seeing her as she is so kind and welcoming. The brand is lucky to have her! See you again very soon!

We were a party of five for Thanksgiving Dinner. waited 10 minutes for a table. Service was quick when we ordered. The menu is quite extensive and it's come a long way for Swiss chalet. I had the Cajun chicken quesadilla and it was very tasty, although I didn't really taste any Cajun flavor. A quarter chickens getting smaller every year Overall everything was tasty. It was a great meal and the prices are pretty decent. The restaurant is decorated really modern. I would definitely come back when I visit Ontario as we don't have any in British Columbia
