Swiss Chalet is always good! Great value! When we are in the States, we always wish they had a Swiss Chalet. It's a big part of why we love coming home to Canada to enjoy a tradition of great food at a very good price.

Not offered anymore water. Waited forever for our bill. The chicken was great!! Ribs were terrible. Both of us didn’t eat them.

Cindy(our waitress) was an absolute Rockstar. Her sense of humor, combined with her willingness to help is unprecedented. She reminds me why tips were invented in the first place. She made our visit here a pleasure and will definitely return to this location.

Ordered a meal online for a scheduled ahead pick up Got to the store at the time for pick up had to wait 15 minutes for my food still got home. The mashed potatoes was missing the gravy and were cold as well as the stuffing. Happy Thanksgiving Giving to me, I guess The photo is of me having The pull my food out of the microwave having to have the warm it back up when I got home

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING! Horrible service. Both your site and skip have meal options you don't actually carry. I placed the order via your site to be delivered by you and then I get a call that you don't have the items. WHY ARE THEY ON YOUR SITE? Also, I wasn't able to choose something else. I would have to create a new order and wait two weeks for the refund of the first order. Why? Why not just switch my meal and refund the difference. What if I only had that amount of money in my account and now I can't have lunch? The way I was spoken too was most concerning. Terrible service all together. Get your shit together. Highly don't recommend ordering online for Swiss chalet. This isn't the first time they've offered food they no longer carry. Take it off your menu if it's not available! Or at least figure out your customer service. On top of ordering $50 worth of food, I used my birthday coupon for a dessert to which I was told that was also cancelled and couldn't be used again as it's a one time code.. but you guys messed up? Absolutely garbage service

Cindy is the most amazing ever! This is the best Swiss Chalet I’ve ever been to. Clean, family friendly and the best food. So grateful for all the love. We will be back!

The food was amazing it was super good and they had super good service! The atmosphere was amazing with all the chicken posters and the music playing in the background. The service was great, my son asked for onion rings and they got him some, and they gave him 2 Pepsi's. The food was amazing, the chicken tenders are 11/10!

Eating in may be great but takeout is absolutely dreadful. I ordered 2 dark quarter chicken dinners and 1 Chalet salad. I got 2 dried up chicken legs no fries a bun and sauce in each box 2 Chalet salads. I had gone there because of a comment on a neighbourhood website. Having tried other franchises with no luck. I’m one of the lucky ones who remembers Swiss Chalet in the 50s when there were no franchises. It was to die for used to eat there two or three times a week. I can’t say how disappointed I am.
