Sushiya Bloom

This was our first time at the newly opened sushiya bloom and we were so impressed, the minute you walk in the decor and the ambiance are stunning you feel transported. The servers are well dressed, they’re so polite and sweet as well as attentive. The food was out promptly and it was the best sushi and teriyaki that we have had. The music was low and subtle, it was such a relaxing mood we cannot wait to return! I hope the owners read this and keep the restaurant going the way they have started, everything is so clean and organized, I hope it stays that way so we can keep coming back. Beautiful restaurant, excellent staff and such a gem in Mississauga. Definitely worth going here if you haven’t been! And to the owners; please keep the restaurant this way! Clean and with such sweet staff!

There are so many Sushie restaurants in Mississauga, but Sushiya Bloom stood out. There use batter for their tempura is lovely, breaded in a way that's not oily or overly flaky, their tempura broth is clean and noodles are boiled at just the right temperature. Along with their salmon, fresh. Bonus to the avocados being fresh and the rice is just perfect.

This brand new restaurant is incredible!!! We visited there for the first time today after shopping from Square One Mall and it was such a fancy sushi restaurant. It was one of the most delicious Japanese cuisine I have ever tasted. Every dish was delicious and fresh. I usually do not like to eat raw fish other than salmon, but I could have every piece of various sashimi on the plate at this place. Service was beyond my expectations and price is very reasonable. It was that kind of place that I would be coming back to try other dishes!

We ordered a starter and sashimi deluxe to share. The quality of the food was very high, they have larger than usual variety of fish. Each dish tasted great. Thanks! Will come back again! The restaurant needs some neon lights at the front to advertise it is there.

Love Love Love! This was by far the best japanese restaurants I’ve had in Mississauga. 5/5 on food, atmosphere, and service. I have a very high bar when it comes to sashimi and the quality of their fish exceeded my expectation. They have variety of menu options which I loved and I am def. coming back to try different dishes. Highly recommended!

Very fresh ingredients and excellent service!The atmosphere was amazing, and combined with the great music, it made for a remarkable experience. We really appreciated the hospitality. Recently tried newly opened Sushiya Bloom and it exceeded my expectations. Top tier sushi and everything tasted fresh. You can tell this place emphasizes quality. Loved the interior and definitely a great spot to impress your date or significant other. Service was excellent and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for good quality sushi with nice atmosphere and good vibes.

We stumbled upon Sushiya Bloom and were honoured to be their first customers! Super stylish interior decor elevated our sushi lunch experience! The Dragon Bloom was absolutely delicious. Ryan and the staff were very welcoming - highly recommend!
