Sushi On Fennell - Hamilton

Ordered through Skip the Dishes. Sushi rice was cooked al dente so it was tough and chewy, had to throw it out as it was not good. Maybe because we did delivery, they gave us old rice? Then Skip refused to do anything. First and last time they will get my business :(

Amazing food! Always freshly made. My daughter is celiac and when I let them know through a note left with my online order they called me back almost immediately to assure me that they take allergies very seriously. They took all precautions to prevent cross contamination and also had gluten free soy sauce. Atmosphere rating doesn’t really count as its take out only.

Yum! I recently ordered takeout from Sushi on Fennell for the first time, and it truly elevated our date night at home! The ordering process was simple, and the staff were incredibly helpful, making recommendations that were spot on. When we received our order, we were impressed by the beautiful presentation and the freshness of the sushi. They even went the extra mile and separated the raw sushi from the avocado and cucumber rolls for me. Each roll was packed with flavour and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The variety we tried was fantastic, and it made for a delightful dining experience right in the comfort of our home. My partner and I couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful the meal was! Sushi on Fennell has definitely become our go-to for takeout, and I can’t wait to order again for our next cozy night in. Highly recommend!

We walked in this sushi place about a week ago to get a grab and go sushi but they don’t have anything ready but our order did not take so long to get ready and the wait is well worth our time because our food was the best sushi we had. My kids love their sushi that we got and we are going back again. And the lady who helped us decide on what we order is really nice and gave us a great suggestions.

I've ordered twice from here online for pick up. Both times through their ordering system. The food is fresh and delicious. I think I found my go-to sushi joint. Last night's purchase was the Salmon Lovers tray, a spider roll, and a double spicy salmon. More than enough for two people. Very happy with Sushi on Fennell!

6.5 / 10 Ordered delivery and honestly I was expecting a bit more with all of the high review scores. The fish was fresh but pretty average flavour overall with the rolls. There are generous amounts of ingredients and large sized special rolls. I might try this again in-store and see if there's a difference. I was pleased by the service as they offered a substitute for one unwanted ingredient in a daily special.

Ordered delivery and the quality/quantity of the food is proportion to the price. Not too expensive, lots of unique choices and sushi was great! Loved the Las Vegas Roll as I've never tried a fried sushi and it didn't disappoint. The Spicy Tuna and Shrimp had lots of flavors going on but the Flamin' Hot was okay.. I was expecting a hint of spicy as the name suggested, I didn't get much flavor compared to the other two. Nonetheless, a great place for sushi with a variety of choices! We'll be ordering again.

WOW! I am from Waterloo but spent the weekend in Hamilton and wanted some really great sushi, and I certainly got GREAT sushi from Sushi on Fennell! Big, fresh rolls. Absolutely delicious and fresh. Whenever I’m back in Hamilton, I’ll certainly come back here. I highly recommend.
