SUSHI and TREE

We ordered the small maki and sushi platter that includes 18 pieces of assorted sushi, a California roll, a spicy salmon roll and a dynamite roll. They were all very tasty but the dynamite roll was especially delicious and it was massive! They also have lots of great vegetarian options on their menu.

Sushi and tree has become my absolute favorite lunch or dinner spot in the city! The lunch specials are reasonable and delicious and all the fish is incredibly fresh and well presented. I decided to try Buddha express one day to switch things up and although their sushi was fresh and good, it didn't come even close to the taste or size at sushi and tree. The owner is lovely as well and is always so kind and prompt with refilling drinks, and bringing food. The restaurant is also super clean!

This was my first time here and oh gosh it was truly the best- I’m from out of town but i will absolutely be back! Best sushi experience I’ve ever had! The owners are so sweet and attentive- the food was incredible, so many amazing options ! I got the edamame, miso soup and 2 rolls and it was so much food I couldn’t even finish it- I am so excited for my delicious lunch sushi rolls tomorrow!!

This was incredible sushi. Very authentic and great portions. The fish is fresh and melts in your mouth. This is one of the best sushi’s j have eaten and I’ve eaten a lot! I would highly recommend.

We took a takeout and the food was very good. I judge sushi restaurants by the taste of rice and this place scores high in my personal rating. The portions are generous too, recommended.

We decided to try Sushi and Tree for the first time today and it was delicious! We ordered the shrimp tempura to start and they were perfectly crispy. We also had the chicken teriyaki dinner and the Yamee dragon roll and we were pleasantly surprised by the large portions. Both of our dishes were amazing. The torched yam on the roll added a layer of flavor that was unique and really added to the dish and the tempura beans were a nice addition to the chicken teriyaki. I also wanted to mention how amazing the service was, it really added to the whole experience! We will definitely be back!

It's taken me a long time to write this well deserved review. Sushi and tree has been our go to sushi restaurant for the last six months because of its quality and consistency. The flavors are incredible and the ingredients are always fresh. This small family operated business is a beautiful addition to the neighbourhood. The owner Sue is very kind and knows her regulars by name. I highly recommend giving her place a try.
