Awesome choices and great portions! We've had a struggle choosing our first meal here, but I was reassured that we can just come back another time to try more menu items! I don't think you can go wrong with any of the items, they all look so good! The restaurant itself was simple and cute, being close to the subway station makes it an easy visit too! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good food experience!

A good place to go for breakfast on the weekends. Free coffee refills, large portion size, reasonable prices, fast and friendly service. Good selection of dishes, recommend.

Such a homey, cozy spot for brunch! Met a friend here around 11am on a Saturday and it was full, but we were seated in a few minutes. Service is extremely fast and friendly, and very attentive with coffee and water refills. I ordered the skillet breakfast which was huge - definitely appreciated when most brunch places have tiny portions that still leave you hungry. It was seasoned well and overall a very tasty, filling dish. Reasonable prices too, considering the quality and quantity.

Considering how busy this place gets on weekends, the service is quick, and food is delicious. So far, the fluffiest pancakes in Toronto. Nutella Waffles are scrumptious as well. The waiting time to be seated is not a lot as the service is top-notch. Staff is pretty competent and considerate. Great place to take kids as well. Parking will be on the street (if you are lucky) or paid parking, which is walking distance from here. Thanks.

Laid back place with great food. Big portions and good coffee too. The breakfast burrito is packed and super fresh. The eggs Benedict were also prepared well. Loved it

Here is my experience at Sunshine Village Grill. We went there for brunch around noon and were able to get the table pretty quick even though it was rush hour. This restaurant is a little bit small, so we are kinda squishy at our seats. We ordered a couple of dishes to try. The food is great, arrived at perfect temperature, well seasoned, a little bit oily for my preference. However, we got a hair strand in one of our dishes under the hollandaise sauce, which made me lose my appetite. The staff was very attentive, took care of it right away, and gave us 10% discount. They insisted on replacing new dishes, but we were already full at that moment, so we said no. We would definitely come back since the food is amazing, and we would not let this experience stop us from trying other dishes.

Excellent breakfast place. I come here every week like clockwork with my partner. We love the friendly and attentive staff along with generous portions of delicious food. It always hits the spot. Recently bought gift certificates and gave them to family who visit the neighbourhood. I highly recommend the coffee and good food.
