Always love coming here for breakfast! The staff is amazing and the food is delicious. They are so accommodating to our family with young kids! Highly recommend for a good diner experience

We have been here about 6 times now. We love this place and every time has been excellent. Always busy and good reviews. The Gf and I decided to stop in for breakfast. Cool old school diner vibe at the front which I loved. I am a huge eggs Benedict fan and their choices are phenomenal. We both had different versions of the Eggs Benedict with a side of bacon. We were not disappointed. You cannot go wrong eating here. Highly recommend. 😎 I laughed when I read reviews of the place being old and dated. This place has history behind it and has been here 40 years. It’s exactly what you should expect from an old school diner. Have been back several more times since my original review.

Order a sandwich that comes with home fries and you get just the sandwich, order an omlette that looks like someone fell asleep at the grill. Order pancakes and they don't give you syrup. I can get better pancakes at McD for cheaper. How is this an established business. Who does the food quality before giving it to the customer? Giving 2 stars as the inappropriate food was hot

Very friendly and helpful staff and delicious food for a great price! The portions they give you are quite hefty and you definitely get a good amount of food for the price you pay. The food arrived quickly and the service in general was very prompt! The location is also very convenient if you are planning on visiting the beaches right after, as there is a path just outside of the diner that leads you right there!

I know, terrible shot of my California Bennie! Lol. I have only ever ordered twice through Skip from this place as it is fairly close to my work. First time I got the 3 eggs over easy with bacon, sausage and home fries. It arrived hot and fresh - SO GOOD! This time I did the "California style" eggs benedict - (guacamole on the English muffins). Quite different but nice - the guac was creamy and on point. the bacon was bacon, the 3 poached eggs were textbook and the hollandaise sauce was like velvet. Nice hash brown as well. Can recommend this dish.

I've been coming here since I was little, but this is my first time back since the pandemic, and I'm so happy that it's still as good as I remember! The servers are friendly, the food is still cooked with love and care, and the prices are delightfully reasonable! Consider this place for a deliciously filling breakfast or lunch the next time you're in the Beaches!

Sausages were burnt and the home fries had absolutely no flavour and looked unappetizing. I liked the eggs Benedict. Not sure if hollandaise sauce is suppose to look like that but it was good. Waitress is nice. The washroom is scary.

This is our Sunday go-to. Along with the good food, big portions and nice hot cup of coffee- the friendly staff is what makes this Diner a 5-star Breakfast place! The staff truly resonates with the warmth of this cute diner tucked on Queen East. Go here for the second time and the friendly faces will start to recognise you. Also this is the only Diner in Toronto that serves a huge Chicken burger at $6.95.
