Sunset Grill

My daughter and I visit this place often and have never had any complaints but today was a different experience! The older lady server was so rude and condescending. I asked her if the table was cleaned since there was a dirty napkin under the chair and she said “why wouldn’t it be”. I then asked if we could move seats and she said “is something wrong with you”?! I was absolutely shocked. We hadn’t been in the store for more than 5 minutes and she created such a negative vibe. I asked if I could speak to her manager and she said she was the manager so I asked if I could be served by someone else. The second server had a horrible smell coming from him. I don’t think I’ll ever be visiting this location again. Worst costumer service ever.

I tried the eggs Benedict and cinnamon apple pancakes. The eggs Benedict was cooked well, with a creamy hollandaise sauce. I enjoyed my pancakes, but they were a bit too sweet for my liking. Overall they have a good mix of sweet and savory options and would recommend

This location is my favourite. The staff is always friendly and Tanya is really a pleasure. She's served us many times and she's the sweetest, always good vibes with this one. The food is always fresh. My family loves spice and it always seems tickles me that they have REAL scotch bonnet people. I'd recommend the Waffle and any of the eggs Benedicts.

We always have a great time at this location. It’s quiet in the morning, the clinking of the cups and mugs are like music to my ears! We are always greeted with a smile and the service is always good. The food is delicious every time! We’ve been coming here for a few years now and Wanda is often our server. She’s polite and friendly, warm and great to talk to. She knows what she’s doing and does a great job training the new employees. The French toast is the best (with cinnamon) and the coffee never stops flowing!

I had a wonderful experience at Sunset Grill! The food was fresh, delicious, and served promptly, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Our server, Bianca, was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the great food but also for the outstanding service Bianca provided. Highly recommend!

Our recent visit to Sunset Grill was nothing short of exceptional, and a large part of that was due to our server, Bianca. We were there with our toddler, who was quite cranky that day. Bianca went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. From the moment we were seated, Bianca was attentive and understanding. She noticed our toddler was having a tough time and quickly took our order, prioritizing his waffle and pancake. This small act of kindness made a huge difference, as it helped calm him down and allowed us to enjoy our meal. The food itself was fantastic. The waffles and pancakes were perfectly cooked and delicious. The rest of our meal was equally impressive, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. The coffee was another highlight - rich, smooth, and just what we needed to start our day. But what truly sets Sunset Grill apart is the outstanding service. Bianca’s friendly demeanor, efficiency, and attentiveness made our visit memorable. She consistently checked in on us, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
