Im in disbelief how bad the ackee and saltfish was on Christmas. Never had tasteless ackee, why even serve it when it’s this bad. Imagine me being so upset I'm leaving a review at 5:50am the next morning.

Honestly I haven't been to this location in years I wonder what has happened to this place I mean the owners are managers back then had amazing proportions of food the food tasted amazing the service was amazing the atmosphere was good and now you just go in there and it's like sad the food portions are stingy the service is not the same you know I walked in and two of the three employees are standing at the front or just talking to themselves. Mind you the food is run belly

Why do Jamaican restaurants hire people that can not smile? I find it disgusting. We went to this location yesterday for a simple order of soup and a patty. The place was empty. The woman behind the counter looked upset, not interested, and had my daughter beg a question. Why is it when we go to Jamaican places for food, we have bad attitude servers? I will not return. Whomever is the owner of this restaurant, tell your front people that they are not doing us a favor by spending our money. Culture needs to be broken. Disgusting

The quality and quantity of food has gone downhill. The new manager I find is so stingy with portions. I got the lunch special today, two pieces of chicken, one of them was all bones. Poor portions, consistent disappointment. Especially the Ackee and saltfish . I enjoy the food but the quantity of the portions do not align with previous experiences.

Portion was ok. Disappointed in the flavours as the oxtail tasted as if it was drenched in a bbq sauce, too sweet for our preference and what we’re use to when it comes to this dish. Jerk chicken was dry, though the flavours were there. White rice texture was over cooked as if there was too much water so it was almost mushy. Everything was spicy, even the chicken soup. Just prepare yourself if you’re not a fan of too much spice.

Myst try! I got the oxtail combo during lunch. The portions are very generous as you can see from the picture AND that picture was taken after I had eaten 1/3 already!!! The oxtail was cooked just right, the meat was not tough (unlike other reviews I have read) and very flavourful. The sauce of the oxtail mixed with the rice and beans was just perfect! I would totally recommend this restaurant!!! I would go back to try the jerk chicken and the goat curry!!
