Sunrise Caribbean Restaurant

This is the worst food I have ever had. I came here on my lunch break thinking I will get some nice jerk chicken with rice. I know what jerk taste like I always order from other places and this was terribly it was so salty I couldn't even eat it. McDonald's would have been a better option. Very disappointed I'm left hungry cannot eat it and wasted my money and my lunch break is finished no time to get food. Very very disappointed

Ima be honest and say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had eating sunrise ever. Service was good but the food was wellllll spoiled and I didn’t clock it until I was half way through the second piece of chicken. Had me messed up for 2 days and counting. Fix up and get some better heaters for the food sitting out.. festival was well dry and tough

Went to the store and ended up spending a day in the washroom. Service was fast and the staff was amazing but the mold and food was really bad. Do not eat from this place. I tried calling them but the number did not work. 0/10

Ordered jerk chicken with white rice and oxtail gravy and rice and peas with jerk chicken and oxtail gravy. Whit rice was close to pap, rice and peas was burnt. Chicken had no taste not even salt or jerk just dark chicken and the oxtail gravy was sugar based with browning, only tasting sugar. It was so disgusting I threw it away . No cutlery, no napkins, no coleslaw just the two containers of food. Sunrise in Brampton no good. Sunrise need to have someone doing quality tasting at their restaurants during the day. What a waste of my money.

Did delivery from here on 19JAN2024. Had modest expectations. In the end I was disappointed. The rice and peas was salty and lacking something, not sure what. The plantain I ordered simply did not arrive (I looked everywhere). I was also supposed to get a large kingfish but the fish itself was pretty small - perhaps its a seasonal thing. Another item I ordered was a roti - just in case I didn't like the fish. In the end that was equally disappointing since the roti wrap was only half filled and a bit on the salty side as well. I don't know what's up with that. I hope they are able to improve in the future because there are lots of delicious foods in/from the Caribbean and right now the items I had simply do not do the foods they represent any justice at all.

I ordered a jerk chicken large and an oxtail over $30!!!! i get home and there is no jerk chicken just rice and gravey in one order! i try calling the resturant the phone number is out of service!!! this restaurant needs to be shut down!!! i cannot go back i live an hour away The guy who did the order bascailly robbed me i wana throw it all out!! the only reason i went here nothing else was open...should have read the reviews first!!! rip off con artist! this place is horrible!

Absolutely horrible. I ordered the jerk pork with rice and peas and oxtail gravy. Half of my pork order was pure bones. A few hours after eating the pork I felt nauseous. I spent the whole Night throwing up with Diarrhea. Food poison for sure. I haven't been able to eat anything in 2 days and I'm still in and out of the washroom. Worst experience. Never going back there again.

Buy one large meal get one free promotion..on what planet is this a large? Disgustingly small portion, rice uncooked..I will never order from here again..do better!
