I'll be honest because I rely on reviews sometimes. There was a chirpy fly right by my window. Food was fair but my fries were mashy and cold. Not the greatest experience.

Steak was abosulety the worst piece of meat I've ever eaten. They have no idea how to crust a steak. Its like they just cooked it like a hamburger. Not to mention it wasn't even cooked appropriately. Well done is not Medium... eggs were smaller than usual. Fries were just fried cubes of potatoes. I would never go here. Wimpys or any other breakfast place is better. AVOID HERE.

Stopped on our way to the airport, and so glad we did. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was awesome, one of the biggest and tastiest omelette I have had in a long time, super full of ingredients. My partner enjoyed his pancakes combo. Lots of food for a great price. If I am ever back on the East Coast will stop in for sure.

This is a fantastic breakfast spot in Oakville. From the orange juice to the toast to the omelette to the soft potatoes, everything was perfection. Great service and the quality of the dishes were top notice. This place is truly worth going out of your way to have breakfast at!!

It's better than a greasy dinner that's for sure. It's nice to have options for their home fries - deep fried or flat topped. Fresh tomatoes is a healthy alternative too. Staff wise on weekends is always well monitored. Seating, drinks and menus are prompt. They are all so friendly, courteous and attentive too. I solo dine here, and my food comes fast but I never feel rushed even if I'm at a table for 4 during rush hour ( but ya, I do try to leave pretty quick to help the rotation)

This was our second visit to Sunlight Grill and was just as memorable as the first! The staff members are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel like part of the family. While the ambiance may be simple and a tad outdated, it's the perfect backdrop for enjoying traditional breakfast favorites. This small, family-owned spot has a cozy charm that adds to the overall experience. If you're looking for delicious breakfast food in a welcoming atmosphere, Sunlight Grill is the place to go!

Sunlight Grill is a classic diner with amazing food and friendly staff ! We ordered the classic breakfast options, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the pancakes are the best ! Would totally recommend for a great breakfast/brunch spot !

Huge portion sizes! Food was great, service was fantastic. Came before the rush, and we were in and out within 45 minutes. Had something for everyone. Kids menu as well.
