Been going here for as long as I remember. Today we got a smoked meat poutine and there was a hair in it - honestly, the quality and quantity has also gone down significantly over the last two years. Very disappointed

We ordered the smoked meat platter and a poutine and loved both of them. The quality and flavor of the meat are amazing. Highly recommended if you are looking for smoked meat in Toronto.

Michelin hits once again, and at a pretty cheap price point this time. Came here with the girlfriend and went for the chicken sandwich and smoked beef sandwich, neither disappointed, though I recommend the smoked beef over the chicken. The meat in both was well seasoned and well cooked. The pastrami was extremely tender and flavourful. A must try if ever in the area. Will come again to try their poutine and pickles!

We have had the smoked meat sandwiches from Sumilicious so many times and every time it just tastes amazing. The meat is so good. But the people/staff here, they’re even better. So pleasant and nice to the customers. You really feel like coming back for all the right reasons. I’m not at all surprised that they are on Michelin back to back. I just wish they were open for longer or for dinner so that it can be more practical for people like us who stay little far.

I was told this spot was just as good if not better than the smoke meats in Montreal but I was pretty disappointed after trying it. The sandwich was a bit pricy for what it was (around $17 after tax). It was assembled kind pretty sloppily. The meat was very tender but had little flavor. I could mostly only taste the mustard while eating the sandwich. Overall did not find it as good as Montreal and thought it was overpriced for flavor.

I’ve been meaning to visit this place upon receiving a Michelin acknowledgment. I had a smoked meat sandwich and some coleslaw. Overall it was good but not great. The smoke meat was a bit dry. The bread accompanying the dish was not particularly moist when I compare this to other delis that I’ve been to. It’s a good meal but not a standout. And for me that’s important because I travelled from the city out to the suburbs to try this and was a bit disappointed. The service was very friendly and upbeat. Full marks on that side.

Solid sandwich, servers were nice, and place was clean and had a good amount of seating. I would say the meat was not as tender as the smoked meat sandwich in Montreal and it’s a little more saltier but still very tasty. It was about $22 for the sandwich + fries and it also comes with a pickle and cabbage. Please give me a like if this review was helpful 🙏

We’re not a huge fans of Montreal style smoked meat, but there are times where we crave it. SumiLicious is one of the only places that serve this where we live and we do think it’s comparable to the stuff you would get in Montreal. Service is pretty fast and the people are friendly. Prices are reasonable and they are very generous with the amount of meat they put in their sandwiches.
