These guys aren’t stingy with sauces and protein portions in shawarma unlike many other places nearby. Overall shawarma tastes good and is quite filling. Will return.

Delicious food, excellent friendly service, always with a smile. The food was fresh and flavourful. I like that there’s salad and rice with garlic sauce to go with the chicken. The portions are hefty and generous. This is located at the lower level of the RBC building, at the eatery hall so the atmosphere is as expected, noisy and with food court seating. However, it is clean, new and functional. The 4* for the atmosphere is because it’s a food court as compared to a non-food court atmosphere however, this is not to detract from Sultan’s Grill’s great food and service. That’s why the overall rating is 5* and they deserve it!

My motivation to order food in this food chain was the previous taste of its mix wrap which was enjoyable. This time though, resulted totally different. The amount of chicken was way less than the salad. Besides, I found many pieces of chicken cartilage in my food. So all in all it could be more pleasant.

Best food you can get for lunch downtown. Portions are huge, everything is always fresh and the shawarma is delicious! This is my go to when I need to grab lunch at work. The staff are also all super kind funny guys.

I wish I could give more stars. This place is always....I mean always delicious, fresh and moreeee than filling. I got lunch from there on Thursday and I wish I could have lunch from here everyday. Staff is absolutely amazing and respectful and friendly. Portions are big and that garlic sauce is just next level! Absolutely love this place!

I went to visit this fast food restaurant to eat lunch today, June 14, 2022. I was served by this young gentleman. To my dismay, there was another lady after me whom he served first. I didn’t bother. However, when he served me, he only put my shawarma for 10 seconds on the grill and gave it to me. When I ate it, it was cold, terribly cold. Also, he didn’t even bother to give me a napkin. So the shawarma didn’t tastes good. It was awful so I threw it in the garbage. My lunch money was totally wasted. See photos. Will never come back.

Absolutely amazing. Just opened and glad I found these guys! Polite, friendly, and welcoming. Food was excellent, also gave me some baklava as a treat just for stopping by and supporting them. Give them some foot traffic, they deserve it!
