Sultan’s Mediterranean Grill - North York Centre

I got Sultan Mix plate. The portion was descent but tasteless as a piece of paper. The meat was also old and being seated outside for a while. There are way better Mediterranean options around the area.

Great service, good portion of food, I love the choice of two salas and having it almost the same size of the rise, check in photos how big the plates are. The food feels fresh and home made style, and the service was very very well, good to see the mediterranean cousin served by the middle eastern employees and vibe with them.

My family and I stumbled by the food court in search of something small to share, and we were blown away by the variety but also the quality of each item offered here. The beef and chicken shawarma was moist and tender! The salads were so fresh and full of flavour! The selection of garlic sauce, tahini, ‘sultan’ sauce was such a nice and added touch! Plus, not to forget the pickled radish, peppers, and beets - what a nice variety of flavours plus you get so much bang for your buck. Not only that, but the service of this team was truly out of this world. They were kind, patient, and generous. We were blown away by them today. Thank you Sultan Team and Ali! Give these guys a raise!!! 10/10

Fast and friendly service. Clean place. Shawarma tasted pretty average and meat more on plain side with spices. Great selection of sauces. Overall great choice to grab a fast bite

Service was friendly and quick. However, the food was not as good as I was expecting based on the reviews. The shawarma was fresh and tender but not that flavorful. I thought the salads on the side were not as good. For instance, I found the chickpeas in the chickpea salad slightly undercooked and found the cabbage hard (could have used some vinaigrette). The sauces were good but not excellent. It is located in a convenient location since it is inside a subway station. Also, there are plenty of tables in the food court area to eat.

Let's talk about people first. Ali and William, two great people who understand hospitality and we need more such people in the service/food industry. Quality and Quantity, both are great! To be honest, I have been looking for a good Mediterranean place for all these days, none of the other places maintain it clean most times, but Sultan's yonge st has been top notch. I also have to mention that the Waterloo one disappointed me, they don't maintain it clean at all, the management has to put some focus on the Waterloo location, because other two locations have 4.8+ stars and the Waterloo one is way behind.

Went to Sultan’s for lunch today after reading all the good reviews and seriously, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I love the beef shawarma and it came with rice, potatoes, and 2 salads. It’s also value for money since I think the food is good for 2 people (or it’s just me because I came from a country with smaller servings). The guy who served me was also so pleasant to deal with, best in customer service!! I can’t wait to try the other food in their menu.
