Pretty good for a quick shawarma plate, they could put more meat in the plate, not enough meat, everything else was good!

Bought a chicken shawarma from this place in The Exchange Tower food court because it was clean and the food looked fresh. Way too much lettuce in the sandwich and hardly any chicken. Plus the chicken had no flavour. The pickled turnips tasted off. It was not wrapped tightly nor grilled enough and fell apart as a soggy mess all over my lap. They need to do a better job when selling a $14.69 wrap.

I recently got takeout from Sultan's Mediterranean Grill in Toronto's downtown PATH, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well taken care of while my order was prepared. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations, and were always quick to address any requests or questions. The friendly and professional manner in which they treated every customer truly made the experience stand out. It's clear that at Sultan's, customer satisfaction is a top priority. I will definitely be returning.

This Shawarma place has come in as the New Sheriff of downtown’s underground path. The guardian and keeper of the shawarma torch. This is an honour only a few can be considered for but that which Sultan has wholeheartedly won. There is no second best place shawarma that currently challenges it as of June 2024. Sultan did everything right. Menu is clean and simple (10/10). Salad options are wonderful and delicious (not only 10/10 but also A+)! The chicken is charred perfectly and has a nice touch of juiciness - they got it perfect (10/10). Never lose this balance of juicy/crispness/freshness. The rice was fluffy and almost buttery (10/10). It makes you want to eat more and more. The staff is clean, professional and most importantly - they smile at customers (10/10). Good vibes, good food!
