I recently ordered lunch and dinner using an online app. I ordered subs to a store in Ajax, but the app defaulted back to my preferred store in Whitby. When I called the store to rectify the mistake, the person I spoke to was rude and blamed me for not knowing how to use the app. I was instructed to contact Subway's head office, so I reached out to them through their website. Subsequently, I received an email from the owner of the Whitby store, who also blamed me for the error and did nothing to resolve the situation. I feel that this location does not value their customers and I do not recommend shopping there.

Best service ever from any other subway. Gheshny was an impeccable lady that got out her way to help and provided amazing customer service on Saturday. She deserves a raise!!!!

Skip this store. Love subway sandwiches been eating for yrs but the staff in the store are just not interested in their jobs. They are so aloof while making the sub and I had to tell them that you have put less topping on one and literally half of quantity on the second sub. And then they roll eyes on you. Infact they make you feel like they are doing a favour by charging you money for the food and making it for you. Hire better staff and stop ruining a lovely brand that has served and loved by many.
