Subway

I accidentally placed an online order at this location and called at 1:45 PM on December 8th to cancel it. The girl who answered the phone informed me that cancellations cannot be processed at the store and must be handled by contacting customer care, which I completely understood. I ended the call and searched online for Subway’s customer service number, but I was unable to find a way to reach them. I called the store again to ask for the customer care number. The same girl answered, and when I politely asked for the number, she rudely yelled, “You can Google it.” I explained that I had already tried but couldn’t find anything. At that point, she raised her voice again and said, “Either Google it and contact customer care or pick up your order.” She then added, “I can’t do anything about this—it’s your problem.” Her tone was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After this, she declined my call, and when I tried calling the store several more times, she ignored the calls and didn’t answer. While I understand that the store is unable to cancel orders, there is no excuse for treating customers in such an unprofessional and rude manner. I strongly urge the management to look into this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that customers are treated with respect in the future.

Disappointed with the service. I requested to cut a footlong and pack it differently, but they refused and mesh displayed unprofessional behavior. Not a pleasant experience.

The staff is okay.To a large extent cordial and efficient My grouse are the portions, the ingredients. I remember munching into a subway sub in 2020 which used to be humongous I would struggle to munch onto it.Overflowing with sauces, fresh veggies et.al. The bread all puffed up and fresh. Needless to say, I was a regular customer. And then cut to late 2024. Super tiny shreds of stale veggies.A 6 inch bread abysmally looking like large NYC flattened rodents. Why? cost must be the criteria. But c’mon. I went there thrice and that’s it. I’ll try other competing stores.

I stopped by the Subway at Eaton Centre for a quick snack and tried the footlong pretzel. The restaurant itself is on the underground floor at the very end. The place was busy, which I think kept the ingredients fresh. The staff were fast and friendly, handling the rush smoothly. Overall, I'm happy with my visit.

I purchased veggie patty sub and indian girl prepared that for me, i told her to toast twice and she just ignored. Then later i requested her to cut footlong and pack that differently she denied and told me that you will charge for two 6” . Wow it doesn’t make any sense. I had Subway so many times before from the same location and they never refused me for the same. But it was so unprofessional and I haven’t seen in any of the Subway location.
