I took my daughter one time. We got a footlong sandwich. The lady who served us didn't put enough toppings. My daughter still tells it to othwr people that the lady only put 2 pieces of green peppers on a foot long sandwich and hardly any Lettuce. Such cheap people working there. For a new store they need to do so much better if they want to keep the customers. There's one on morningside and sheppard. Nowadays I just go there.

Absolutely horrendous service. Or rather lack of service! I ordered online and paid in full. I arrived at the set time to pick up my order. The very rude Aesha informed me that they had not received the order yet. I showed her my receipt and asked her to make it while I waited. She told me she would not. I asked for a refund. She again refused. I asked her to call the owner. She told me that it is a glitch in the online system and happens often! Instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience, she smirked as I got upset. She told me it was not her fault and there was nothing she could do. I attempted to reach Subway customer service to file a complaint and get my money back. I have sent them four emails since December 19, 2024 and have yet to hear from them. And I want my money back!!! Subway, you will never get my business again!😡

I've placed multiple pickup orders through the app and they've all been awful. Be aware that this subway is very stingy with their topping and expect megar amounts when picking up subs. My recent app order was messed up with missing topping and toppings I DID NOT request. Even when ordering in store, the customer service is garbage.

Worst Subway I have ever had and moreover its first time I had upside down sandwich 😂, not sufficient quantity, half quantity from regular subways sandwiches, even after adding 4 different sauces it was still too dry.

I really want to support this subway. It’s new, it’s right in our neighborhood. But what I got today was so disappointing. Mostly bread, barely anything inside. For the price of subway nowadays it should be packed. Not what I’ve experienced from other subways. If they keep making subs like this I can’t imagine they’ll be keeping their customers. We’ll give them another chance. But I think we’ll go with 3 strikes. Really want to support you guys. Please do better 🙏🏽

Visited this Subway on October 26 around 8 pm and was disappointed. The staff added half the usual amount of veggies compared to other Subway locations, leaving the sandwich looking sparse and unsatisfying. Not the quality I expect from Subway.

Newly opened, good vibes, they give lot of options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian meals, staff is really good too, give it a try
