I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Subway located at 25 Woodbine Downs Blvd, Unit 12, Etobicoke, ON. On December 24, 2024, I purchased a footlong tuna sandwich from this location. Being pregnant, I was craving Subway and decided to stop by since this location is 24 hours. Unfortunately, I deeply regret this decision. That sandwich was the only thing I ate that day because I was busy, and later that night, I ended up with severe food poisoning. This was my first visit to this location, and it will definitely be my last. The employee who made my sandwich rushed through the order as if they didn’t care, which makes me question the handling and preparation of the food. As a pregnant woman, this experience has been particularly devastating. I am still recovering from the effects, and the stress this has caused me is unimaginable. I am beyond disappointed and angry. This experience has completely turned me off Subway for good. I trusted this brand, and this location failed me in every possible way. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this Subway location. Food safety and customer care should never be compromised, and my experience is proof that this store does not prioritize either.

Hetvi is absolutely amazing! She provides exceptional service every time I visit this Subway. Her polite and friendly demeanor makes the experience so much better. She takes the time to ensure every order is perfect and pays close attention to detail. Her welcoming smile and positive attitude create such a warm atmosphere in the store. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make them feel valued. Hetvi is a true asset to the Subway team! Keep up the great work!

I had an amazing sandwich at Subway recently, and I can't help but share my positive experience. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite of my footlong was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The ingredients were top-notch, and the sandwich was made just the way I like it. the service. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and I was especially impressed by a tall girl who prepared my footlong. she also took the time to make sure my sandwich was perfect. She was so well-spoken and professional, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and I'll definitely be coming back for more. The Ambience is Amazing here… Store is very clean and the Food quality is maintained to its best. I work here part-time and as employee i will definitely recommend all the foodies who have midnight cravings should visit us as we are Open 24/7….The portion of the food is served perfect by all our expert sandwich artists of the store.

Update: Not as good as before. Stale food should NOT be served. I've ordered from here over a dozen times last year and they rarely missed the mark. Not anymore. The veggies aren't as fresh, breads were stale, and the sauce was very little. Cookies tasted like a week old. They missed the order notes. It's pretty obvious that the sauces should be a given on the side for Delivery orders to keep the whole Sub from being soggy. That's if you cared about the food your selling, of course. Do better, you've done it before.
