Subway

I was there today and , first of all they were out of lettuce which is still fine , then when i asked for spinach instead (kid you not I got 3 and a half piece of spinach) on a foot long . I don’t know why she put like 2 piece of veggies on a Sandwich even when I say extra toppings. Also kept touching her face while making the sandwich. Lastly very bad attitude towards customers.

Lol I was disgusted, waited in line and noticed the employees did not gaf about contamination, they literally touched all the cooking tools, salad, cheese, veggies condiments, toaster, knifes with the same gloves that touched meat like pork, chicken, beef, they didn't change gloves ONCE while going through multiple orders including vegetarian subs 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I left the line because I was so disgusted, if ur vegan or Muslim, or someone who cares about sanitized food I would never to here because the bacteria from uncooked pork and meat is everywhere....

The attitude of the staff is terrible, all the staff have a sour face and no one smiles, and they talk with attitude. Especially the skinny brown guy with a hat. I was almost kicked out of the store when I was standing there to order. He also threatened to cancel my order next time. The same goes for the food, they don't seem to understand when you talk to them, and keep making excuses.

Totally disappointed with the service and the rude behaviour of staff person one skinny male with cap. I apid $14.98 for 2 vaggie pattie wrap and they added so little sauces in that. I was on call that's why couldn't notice it when he was making it and later when i asked to do so he said it's not into the policy to give the extra sauces while he didn't added it in the first place. Here I'm totally disheartened with the behaviour and the service of it never gonna visit this again shout out to whole student community that they are visiting here bcoz the rude and awkward behaviour of the cashier (male) here is like not worth to visit again. He had the dignity to say no on face like nothing i didn't ask for anything extra it was my right to say and i did but this is how they server here Done with this store while others store staff were so kind this is pathetic experience i had

I have been coming here for long time, and i had horrible experience with the food, as the staff is very picky on the sauces, they only give a little amount of sauces. I don't know if they are short on sauces or what? I hope they will improve it. Other than that everything was good. But my sub was very dry without the sauces.

Usually I have decent experiences at this Subway but yesterday we placed an order for two footlongs as they were on a special if we purchased through the app. We ordered for pickup and in the order notes we specified that we wanted each to be fully cut in half and individually wrapped. At the store we noticed they didn’t do this so we asked about it and got the blunt answer that “they’re not allowed to or they have to charge each as a six inch”. Once arriving home neither of the subs were even fully cut, one was entirely missing half of its toppings and sauces while mine missed the cheese I had paid for. Very disappointed over such poor service when we went in during a time they were empty. In my photo the sub was supposed to be a Cuban with added crispy onions, jalapeños, and extra pickles (there’s only two on the one half).

On Friday the 13th, for that evening I decided to buy a 6-inch turkey sub from the subway place but not long after probably an hour after eating I instantly started to feel sick and was throwing up consistently the whole night. I concluded that it had to be food poisoning because I could not move around too much without feeling nauseous and was stuck in one spot the entire time. I had to leave work early because of this feeling and the feeling continued up until the Sunday, the sub I ate was the only thing I ate that evening. I also heard from other students that were eaten from that Subway saying about some of the staff, their sanitation and cleanliness is not up to par even to the point where their subs that they're eating said it tasted different maybe because of them either not changing the gloves off each order or the knives as well too. I don't know how they're training their staff there but there has to be some type of consequence in regards to getting me sick for something the staff members should be trained in regards to sanitation. I DO NOT recommend anybody buying their food here knowing that they have a large staff and none of them care about proper sanitation in regards to dealing with food because that is a straight No-No getting people sick that's a real problem.

Well at this establishment I’ve watched them use the exact same knife on multiple subway sandwiches cutting them in half and folding them over without washing it after each use. They were not changing there gloves out for new ones. I am a big fan of subway and when I tried my sandwich it tasted like other things that weren’t in my sandwich. Just in case someone is allergic, I would just want you to be aware.
