Had a amazing veggie patty sub made by Gurwinder. Asked for LF, which was on receipt.He explained well. He was friendly with our son. Recommended to everyone

Not sure about the food, ordered just hot coffee, hot latte and hot chocolate……all taste wonderful delicious! Gurwinder and Arpan were very polite and kind Make me so comfy go ordered my hot drinks in an early morning. Located just behind the entrance to Casino Niagara….very easy to notify and convenient location.

**Subway Review** I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway location. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. Despite the store being completely empty, her attitude made us feel unwelcome. She started making our sandwich with no gloves and was touching it directly with her hands. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable. When we politely pointed it out, she got defensive and showed no manners whatsoever. This wasn’t just about bad service—it felt like there was zero care for the customers or the food they’re serving. We ended up leaving without finishing our order because we couldn’t trust the cleanliness or the quality of the service. I’d recommend avoiding this location until they can hire staff who understand basic courtesy and hygiene standards. Truly disappointing.

Grabbed a sub here twice. Quick service, fresh food, and clean. Also, one of the cheaper options available at the Sheraton. No complaints whatsoever.

Very poor service. Charged us more than usual. They’re very scarce on the amount of vegetables that they put. We had an issue with our order and realized after paying. Spoke to Manisha at the store and the store manager Gurwinder on call. They both were very rude and unprofessional and did not seem to care. This definitely spoils the reputation of Subway.

Cleanliness is poor. Bread is hard of sandwich and burger. Needs lot of improvement. Low manpower. Due to this lot of delay in service.
