the first time we came here the girl did not greet us and overall customer service was not there. she did not speak to us at all only when she mentioned the total. the second time around we came at 10:20pm when the store closes at 11pm. instantly she told us they were closed, we explained that we ordered online through the app and she didnt say anything so we took a seat. the order was made wrong and my family was quite upset when they received it incorrectly…we typed it in correctly. would not recommend this branch.

Did an order, they hung up on me after messing my order up by $20 differences, and then didn't have much to say when I called back a few minutes later. Did 2 bogo deals online. They cut up two footlongs to make four 6 inch subs instead of four footlongs. I could understand the receipt myself 2x tandoori footlong 2x tandoori footlong Cuts up two footlongs to make four 6 inches for my order. Like really? Then hang up and comments after shows it's not a first time thing.

Supposed to be 3 subs for $27 plus tax after 4 pm. Said i wanted that deal. Ordered 3 subs. Clerk had to be remonded time and again to add more toppings. Had difficulty understanding what was asked. Did not mark which subs were which . At checkout, was charged full price , did not give 3 for $27 had to be reminded. Service is very poor , cheap with toppings, and difficult to follow basic instructions. Will not be back.

Awful customer service. I have been twice to this restaurant and was attended by the same girl (no name tag) with no smile at all on her face. Recently it was on Sunday around 3:30 or 4pm. She is among those people that see Indian (their own race) and have that weird face expression & attitude while helping us with the order. She literally threw my sandwiches at the counter in front of me. I wont go back to this restaurant again and even if i do and see her would prefer to walk out without order.

**Terrible service** The lady who took our order disappointed us in every single way. So much attitude to be a sandwich maker. For no reason she was acting like she is doing a favour by making us a sandwich. First time i went to this location and experienced the worst customer service ever. Never going back!!

I've used coupons and gotten the same sub everytime. Went to this location for a change and she wouldn't use it because of the bacon. Said to charge me separately, she wouldn't. Asked if I could get another sub said "waste of food" her business??it was get two subs for 15 Made us pay 30 instead since we couldn't use it. :(

Got 2 steak subs. 1 was for tomorrow. They were so light and lame I ended up eating both of them. I don't think I'll be going to Subway any more because it's not what it once was and sure ain't cheap. Keep putting less stuff on the subs so you can save money. You will be saving money on doors too because your front doors will be used less and less. These subs were pre-ordered online BTW so I couldn't critique while they were being made but I actually found myself opening the sub up to see if there was meat in it.

Superbb service!!!🤩🤩 The guy working there Gurpreet i guess he is a mind reader he actually knows what i want. I got 3 sandwiches he was guessing them correctly one by one. His communication skills and his speed was stunning. I really loved it. One of the best first experience I ever had.
