I've been to many subway locations before but this one was interesting. First of all, charging for a cup of glass of water is ridiculous. First time I heard that you need to pay for a cup of glass because the owner counts and keeps full inventory. Secondly, the breads were not toasted properly. When I opened the sandwich, they were cold! (In the past never happened) Lastly, it was salty and tuna was all liquidity! The amount of salt was just 😔 Although the server was humble and friendly, and did everything as per his job the owners need to review a few things to make it better experience.

Walked in to purchase a sub today, as soon as I stepped in the owner glares at my hand and says “huh what coupons are you using” in a sarcastic tone, I show her my coupon and she begins to steer me away from using it by saying information that isn’t even on the coupon and trying to apply it to my order (which was in fact eligible for the coupon), anyways another kind worker came and clarified for her. As she’s making my sub I’m telling her each ingredient and she begins to instruct me on how to order my sub, in the midst of her arrogance she puts the wrong toppings on my sub. At check out she tries to get me to double pay before even checking that the receipt said approved. Finally the coupon offered a free chip and drink, I refused the drink and she proceeded to lecture me on “what’s the point of using the coupon then” perhaps for the chips??? This is not the first time this has happened, it’s always the owner and she is extremely rude and frugal, fix your customer service!!!!

Buns were nice and fresh and my sub was actually made nice and with care . 99 percent of subways I’ve been to they just slap your sandwich together like it doesn’t matter and don’t listen to instructions properly .

Excellent service each time - I inform them of my gluten allergy and the staff always take extra care in making my sandwich. The Manager is super friendly, kind and makes it a personable experience. Highly recommend this location & recently renovated!

Worst subway ever.. no customer service, no proper food. Lady gave me veggie patty without even heating up just like that from container and burned bread , she doesn’t know how to charge money , charged for different items for 1 sub , no hand soap in Washroom. When I asked extra onions I got 2 pieces in total .. and paid 9$ for just burnt bread , cold patty and few lettuce and onions
