STOCK BAR

Great place and great atmosphere. Their calamari is always so very delicious - crispy and light coating, tender meat, and well seasoned. Such a favorite. The prosciutto pizza and the cheeses were good too. We also got the pasta of the day which was a crab ravioli; unfortunately was disappointing. The pasta itself wasn’t al denté… it was undercooked. And the filling was “fishy”. It didn’t taste fresh at all. We should’ve gotten the bolognese instead. We’ll always come back here. Even if the parking situation is a headache. They have good and quality food, a great lower level market, and such a good atmosphere. I actually always bring out-of-town visitors here.

Pretty posh, stylish Italian spot. The market downstairs has some amazing looking items. The restaurant was very busy as it was Saturday night. We had an early reservation to meet some old friends. Service was quick and friendly, but we did feel a little rushed to order. When the food came, it was quite good. The Stock Salad, which had kale and pomegranate, had a nice mix of flavours. We ordered a pizza and a beet salad as well as a hamburger and the steak frites. Everything was pretty tasty, and came quickly. We had creme brulee, affogado and triple chocolate cake for dessert. All were very good options. After we finished our meal, we were eventually asked to clear the table because of the demand for reserved spots. We could totally understand the pressure is on a restaurant on Saturday night and we were there for almost 3 hours. So overall it was a nice place to eat but maybe not a great place to linger and connect with old friends.

Enjoyed my lunch with friends at Stock Bar yesterday! They have a really nice setup, and the food is really good. Had a great time and will definitely come back. :) My friends tried the steaks (frites and flank), the buffalo mozzarella pizza and the one of the specials for the day, which was the rainbow trout with a corn salad, cherry tomatoes and sherry vinaigrette. There was a cheese board (probably the only thing that was in the smallest quality in comparison to everything else we tried, and the bread basket (which was great!)

this was a dinner with work. work dinners… we spend. work hard play hard they say. multiple types of servers, “how are your wine needs?” someone else came and grabbed our dirty plates to give us new ones. every food i tasted was delicious. martinis wines coffees, all delicious. our main server was excellent. ambiance was great, lights turned down shortly after sunset. expensive enough, but comparable to other nice sit down restaurants.

I had a fantastic meal at Stock Bar! I ordered the burger with a beet salad on the side, and both were absolutely delicious. The burger was juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection, and paired wonderfully with the fresh and tangy beet salad. The combination of the two made for a satisfying and well-balanced meal. The atmosphere at Stock Bar is laid-back yet stylish, making it a great spot for a casual bite with friends or a solo meal. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu!

Location: is great corner of Broadway Av and Eglinton. Very busy and theres no parking nearby so plan ahead. Service: was excellent, attentive but not pushy. Servers are always smiling and the food turnover was quick and timing was great! Food: excellent! Tasty and the pasta dish was delicious! The dessert was heavenly! Would definitely come back to try other dish.

It was our first time eating there. Always wanted to go and this well here goes. There are different levels of dining. We requested patio dining which was on the roof. It was extremely windy and a chilly that day. The server supplied us with blankets. The restaurant was extremely busy but they were very attentive. I tried the seafood pasta that was utterly delicious and a pizza the server had recommended. I didnt fancy the pizza at all. Stock Bar is definitely worth a visit.

Upon arrival, we were served sparkling water to which I declined and said I do not want sparkling water however, flat is suitable. We had no clue that we were being charged for this and a glass was already poured for me. The atmosphere was beautiful, we dined inside the restaurant rather than on the patio as it was quite chilly! The calamari was extremely delicious! The service was pretty good from the beginning and continued up until dessert. Once dessert was consumed, we waited for the server to check in on us for a whole hour. Absolutely no exaggeration. I was so tired I was yawning. Finally, the bill came and we were able to leave .
