The beef brisket noodle is ok. Soft and flavorful. Noodle is al dente. The chicken is cold right out of the fridge, which I do not expect.

Wouldn't be a legit Chinese restaurant if it didn't average between 3.5 and 4 😂...but I do want to share my really positive experience here. We came in thinking this location also offered all day dim sum like one of its sister locations, but found out this location is more of an HK Cafe. The two ladies working here were very kind and patient with my elderly father which was very appreciated. They took time to explain the menus to him and were just overall really pleasant. We ordered two of the BBQ pork and noodle specials, which came with good portion sizes. We also got the BBQ pork rice dish, which was a huge portion size and included a drink. The value for money on these were fantastic ($9.99 for the specials and $17.99 for the BBQ pork rice). I think a lot of the reviews mix this location up with its other locations, but we really enjoyed our experience at the Times Square location!

Had breakfast and dinner here. I think the location is kind of hidden so seats were plentiful. I like their milk tea and satay. But their bbq pork is far away from being their top dish. Portions are very generous though.

Pretty decent hk style breakfast, clean and modern. What we ordered come with set drinks, cold/ large size in additional cost. Noodles are quite big for a woman. Will come back again for breakfast! Since there not many breakfast 茶餐廳in RH area.

Prices are fair and service is good and food is good. Look to speed $10pp for a lunch or breakfast. Comes with a dish and a hot HK style drink. Got the Satay Beef Noodle and BBQ Pork Rice. BBQ Pork Rice was lean meat. Tasted good, came with an egg and drink. BBQ sauce was sweet and yummy. Satay Beef Vermecelli was yummy, came with white radish carrot and generous portion of veggies The Fried Toast used maple syrup instead of condensed milk. The house veggie tomatoe/res soup was tasty and have rib meat instead for extra flavour and texture and protein. No issues coming back to try other dishes.

Reasonable price n good service. They have many lobster n seafood combo for 4-6 ppl. I love their soy sauce chicken, very delicious n big portions. Sweet n sour seabass also a good choice. It's interior design is neat and spacious. I like the fact that we had a very quiet dinner n not noisy. It's a good place for friend gathering. The only dish I'm not keen is the lobster dish, portion is rather small for a 5 lbs lobster. Overall, everything is above average.

First time dining at Starchiva and I had a pleasant experience eating there. The restaurant appeared clean and had lovely decor and comfy seats. The staff were friendly and attentive, could easily get their attention when I needed something. Their chicken steak with black pepper sauce was surprisingly good! The sauce itself was tasty and offered a tinge of spiciness in my throat, and the chicken was juicy and tender. At $16.99-18.99 a meal, I would say it's worth it considering their portions are huge and the food I ordered was delicious.
