Stacey's has excellent value - great food at reasonable prices. The viral oxtail patty was absolutely delicious (although a bit on the greasy side, the bottom of the container was swimming in fat). There are some small bones in the oxtail so be careful when eating. I would definitely come back for more oxtail dishes! We also tried the curry chicken roti, which had tons of chicken and not very many potatoes (compared to other roti places where the roti is almost 70% potato). The jerk chicken poutine was also good; fries were decent and the jerk chicken was very flavourful. You should expect a line during the lunch rush on weekdays (from 12-1) so plan around that if you're in a rush. We visited during the busy lunch hour and had to wait over half an hour for our food. It's mostly a takeaway place though they do have two tables if you want to dine in.

My cousin told me about this stuffed patty . It was really good , and filling . The oxtail is cooked until soft and juicy. The bread was fresh , the patty was good . I would definitely get the stuffed patty again .

Every time we get food from here, I keep meaning to leave a review. Ever since Stacy’s quietly slid into our neighbourhood during the pandemic, we’ve been picking up meals for ourselves and to bring to get-togethers, and everything is always delicious. Today we picked up an oxtail-stuffed patty, jerk chicken and curried goat, the latter two each accompanied with rice and coleslaw, and a chicken roti. Everything is just phenomenal, as always. Tender, so flavourful, stuffed with meats. Prices have gone up a bit but are still reasonable. Love this gem. Thank you for relocating here, Stacy!

What a great meal! I originally planned to visit another spot in the plaza, but when I noticed Stacy Island Flavor, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Jerk Pork dinner, and it was fantastic! The pork was tender and full of bold, authentic flavors. The coleslaw was so delicious I had to go back for seconds. I’ll definitely be returning!

I really like their jerk chicken stuffed patties. One highlight of this restaurant is their coleslaw; it’s creamy and has a pleasant taste. PS. If you need to work on your biceps you should try opening the door. It’s really heavy.

This was THE best patty I've ever had. I tried the stuffed patty with oxtail and coco bread. I never want to eat a normal beef patty again. The meat was so tender and flavorful. And packed to the brim. Very good portion size. Service was friendly. Venue is small with just a few tables so might be better for takeout. Will definitely come back and try other items but the oxtail patty caught my eye...and stomach. Thank you!

I drove for over an hour to try the oxtail stuffed patty, and it did not disappoint. In a word, phenomenal. Patti is now in my top three for stuffed patties in the GTHA. The dining area was nice and quaint with enough space for a few tables. Definitely going back for dinner.

Wow was I pleasantly surprised by this spot as I think it’s new owners and a previous business elsewhere that moved here and they are doing it right. I popped in quick to try their Jerk Chicken and see what it’s saying and it was authentic and amazing to say the least. I ordered the regular size but I think for a few dollars more I’d get the large next time as it was that good and even if you don’t finish it, it seems this food will hold very well till later on or the next day if need be. The Chicken was juicy and well cooked and fell off the bone and had some really nice flavour to it as well. The rice and peas were just right too and the coleslaw was creamy and blended into all the flavours perfectly. That might be one of the top 3 Jerk Chicken Dinners I’ve tried in Toronto and that says a lot because I’ve tried many and even in Jamaica as well and this ranks right up there with the best of them. I also grabbed a Spicy Beef Patty as well and it was nice and flaky and had good flavour as well. I’m sure I’ll be returning again to try some of their other dishes one day since I had a great experience today. Also the gentleman serving at the front was very polite and made you feel welcomed which is always a bonus. Keep up with the great work and flavours here and I’m sure everything will work out just fine 👌🏼 2024 review goes down 1 star unfortunately as the service has become really slow and disorganized probably from them becoming too busy from our good reviews. Food is still above average although it does come out cold once in a while unfortunately. Hopefully they can get better logistically.
