We had a fantastic breakfast experience at Stacked Pancake House on Langstaff, and our server Vanessa made it even more enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. We tried the Greek Omelette, which was packed with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. The Pancake Stack was fluffy and light, exactly what you’d want in a classic breakfast dish. The Waffle Stack was a real treat, with a perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and softness inside. We also had the Great Canadian Omelette, which was hearty and delicious, filled with all the right savory ingredients. The food was served promptly, hot, and fresh, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, making it a great spot for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent food and top-notch service. We will definitely be back!

I usually love STACKED but this location was very disappointing. Our service was okay, the waitress was dealing with the brunch rush and I understand it’s hard to wait on so many tables at once but a little bit of attention would’ve made a big difference. I had to hunt down someone else to get coffee refills, napkins and other requests. The worst part was the food. I got the steak (medium rare) and eggs and my friend got the meat lovers (which was good). My steak came out completely raw. I didn’t fully realize at first so when I took my first bite, I was grossed out. I never send food back but I had to request a remake since I’m paying 30$ for this meal. They put the SAME exact eaten steak back on the grill and gave it back to me completely well done. Not to mention it was completely bland, lacking any flavour and looked like it was in the freezer for months. At that point I just wanted to finish whatever edible food was left on the plate that I spent my hard earned money on and get out. Perhaps the other menu items would’ve been a better choice. The waitress didn’t offer any apologies or ask if I want anything else. I found the overall experience to be poor. We won’t be returning or recommending this location

Server Simi is very nice and professional in dealing with customers. She willingly answers questions and offers good suggestions. Place is very clean, esp the washrooms.

vanessa was amazing : fantastic service, super friendly, and very helpful with choice selection! so many options and combinations :) family atmosphere, clean environment and great food try the cinnamon pancakes, but definitely share, very sweet

First time going to this establishment. Nothing fancy it’s a no frills breakfast place. I really did not like the customer service. Our waitress did not come by to refill our coffee I had to ask 2x and never came to refill our water glass I asked for more water 2x and never got it. To get our bill I had to ask 3x and then I asked her for separate bills and she just split the bill in half instead of actually separate bills. If you want to grab a quick breakfast it’s not bad

I have to say I was a little bit disappointed with my meal. The toast was barely toasted, my omelet was dry, and the bacon hard. The service was great and the atmosphere is lovely. Could use more parking for how busy the plaza is. Update: the manager reached out to me and offered me 50% off to return for a new experience. The food was so yummy and our omelets awesome!

Went for my mom’s birthday! Server was patient and kind, food was scrumptious. Update 9/5/24 I had the same server, her name is Samreen. Still amazing and food is still delicious.
