Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House (St Catharines Bunting RD)

Unfortunately I had to leave a 1star when they don't even deserve a half star. Me and my twin boys showed up at this location at 2:25pm and were asked to leave because they were closing at 3pm. The staff members told me that was orders from the manager. I asked to speak to the manager a lady named Carol how I spoke to was incredibly rude and told me I was late and they stopped serving customers at 2:15 pm. When I asked her why the hours of operation was displayed on the front door between 7am - 3pm. She just grunted at me and just replied I was late and had to leave because they weren't going to serve me and my two 10 year old boys. Needless to say we were devastated and left the establishment with our heads down and super disappointed. I suggest to everyone to find a different location so they don't have to experience what I did. My son's and I were completely devastated and well never go back to that location!

Very nice experience here. Greeted by friendly host and seated immediately. The establishment was clean. I ordered pancakes and bacon which were tasty. Server was very friendly and polite.

First time at a Stacked restaurant and was not disappointed. I definitely will be trying other locations closer to home hopefully i receive the same service and food experience as I did here. The servers was attentive, friendly which is nice to see. Definitely come with an appetite, the portions are large, you will not be disappointed. The food arrived quickly made as requested and fresh. Ordered The Lotus Biscoff Pancakes and the Strawberry Banana Nutella Cream French Toast regular coffee and cranberry juice. Coffee was hot and asked by server constantly if we needed refills. Our new breakfast place.

A good friend suggested we go here for lunch. My friend has been here. This is my first and won’t be my last. I ordered the No Meat which consisted of scrambled eggs, tomatoes, wheat toast and home fries. My friend had a burger with fries. The food and portions are good, certainly a lot to choose from. Very comfortable seating. Unfortunately, I forget our servers name, she was great and very personable. Service is excellent, we didn’t wait long at all for our lunch. The girl that greeted us that day was sweet. Great location in a strip mall so ample parking. No hesitation in recommending. Thank you!!! 👍🏻😄

Nice and roomy, good seating, comfortable. Come with your appetite if you wanna order the pancakes. They are hugggee and filling. Portions are generous, and I also recommend the avocado toast and Mexican omlette, delicious. Drinks are also very good.

I had a craving for eggs benedict; if I had tried to make it myself, I would have landed a one star review and would have been bitterly and utterly disappointed. Instead, we went to Stacked… craving satisfied! Food was so good; portions were generous; our waiter was fantastic! She was personable and quick.. and as always, I forget her name because I’m terrible for that. To be fair, all the staff we encountered were friendly, and I don’t know their names either. 🤷🏻‍♀️ For any diehard egg benny fans, you know the hollandaise sauce makes or breaks it. You will not be disappointed, it was delicious! We (party of 2) went on a Sunday around 1pm and even though it was busy, we didn’t have to wait. I don’t think this would have been the case if we were morning people. So if you’re planning to go early, I suggest getting on the wait list (online) before you go. Highly recommend.. and if you’re going for pancakes, I have heard nothing but great things (even the gluten free options)… seriously, cheesecake pancakes?!! Yes please. I almost ordered those to go on our way out. I didn’t though. I regret that decision now.

Stopped by for breakfast on the way home from a night in Niagara as it was on the way and I've been meaning to try Stacked out for a while now. The menu is extensive with a lot of great options and the food was good - I especially enjoyed the Southwest Benedict, had a good twist to it with the chipotle mayo. While the time it took between when we ordered and when we got the food was surprisingly fast, everything else about the service was dissappointingly slow :(. It seemed like our server (Carol according to our receipt) had a little too many tables to take care of - we had to wait a while to first order and then waited a half hour or so after we were done eating just to get the bill, she would pass by our table and not make eye contact. We could also hear our neighbouring table trying to flag her down. Also when our server first came to our table, instead of a greeting or welcome she just blurted "any drinks?", And when I was paying, she just grabbed the machine from in front of me while I was still removing my card... Definitely want to give some other locations a try because the menu is too appetizing to give up on just for service! Must have been a one-off.

Loved their strawberry jam/spread. Great food, great fast service. Updated dining area, menu are with new covers & good food pictures. You don't need to ask for a coffee refill, they refill it quickly. Staff are super nice & friendly 🥰
