Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House (Oshawa - Laval Dr)

1: told the food would come within 25 minutes once order was placed, came 1hr later. 2: dirty old mason/jam jar for my drink had to get a new one . 3: we were told regular customers come before us even tho we ordered before them. 4: server was observed in the back cutting fruit without washing their hands. 5: we were seated by the hostess stand and observed a person order take out (after finishing their meal) and they ordered it after us and got it before us. 6:seated at a table that had leftovers from the previous diners. *good food, will not return based upon service, cleanliness & treatment of guests (even if regulars or not).

It takes a lot to get a 5 star review from me. But this past Sunday, Stacked was absolutely fantastic. The service was prompt and polite. The food quality was perfect, the food quantity vs price was great and overall was just a pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend the Cinnabun Pancakes.

Love coming to this Stacked!! We’ve been here several times and it’s never disappointed us. Today our server was LD and she was incredible :) we brought along our two very rambunctious kids and she was so attentive and kind. She brought the kids meals our first cause she could tell they were getting antsy. This to me exemplifies excellent customer service.food was excellent and portions were super large. We will always come here as our breakfast family spot!

Overall the server we had was super friendly but extremely over worked he was working on at least half of the stores tables. With that came long wait times, after waiting 48 minutes to receive 2 meals both were almost completely cold and one had a hair in the eggs. Very dissatisfied with the company, service and accountability. Like I said the server was amazing for how much he was running around and definitely deserves a raise for his work!

This was our first time here and as we walked in we were greeted promptly and we were seated at a table that was covered in salt and the floors were wet/sticky. So we decided to seat ourselves at a different table (seemed hard to find a clean table, and this raised a concern.) The waitress said it was fine we could sit anywhere we like. Waitress gave us menus. She asked us what we wanted to drink. As this was our first time, we had no clue what was available to drink. I looked quickly at the menu and couldn't find the beverage section, so I asked what was available to drink. She left our table with a rude manner and grabbed another menu, where the drinks were listed. So I'm not sure why we were not given all the menus, and why they are separated menus, no clue; this is just a breakfast joint, put everything on one menu!! The waitress was a little pushy and I didn't even have a chance to look at the drinks menu and she's like "so now what would you like to drink?" I still had no clue, and I noticed they had interesting drinks because I didn't want tea or coffee... So I asked for water in the meantime. She seemed really upset. I looked around at the others is eating, and looking at the atmosphere. I could tell there was like some sort of dark cloud hovering over this place. I looked at my partner and said what do you think, should we leave? She said yes. So we left. A note to the owner: we came here to spend our money. You've got a lot of competition out there that serves breakfast. You may want to keep that in mind. This was our first time visiting your location, and it was the last and we didn't spend a dollar. I really had a nice breakfast 🥞. The lady who took our order was very nice and polite to us. I really loved the dine in area and the food was so good. But I still wondering why I get a big pancake ever I seen when I ordered a Junior stack pancake 😅

had a great breakfast here. We had placed an order for Southwest eggs Benedict and chocolate chip pancakes. Everything was delicious and wonderful. Highly recommended and The waitresses were all very attentive to our requirements and made sure we had enough of coffee.

Great experience! Food was delicious! The perfect environment to gather with friends and family. The service was amazing; the staff members were so friendly, so engaging and very patient. The Cinnabun pancakes were our favourite!
