Yes, mistakes happen. But the way someone goes above and beyond to make things right is what truly stands out, and Nicole did just that. I ordered boneless chicken with two sides through SkipTheDishes, but when I opened the bag, both sides were missing. I tried contacting Skip, but their response was…a $2 in-app credit. That’s when I decided to call the store, and I’m so glad I did because Nicole answered the phone. From the moment we spoke, Nicole made me feel like my issue genuinely mattered. She apologized right away and offered a solution: either double the sides if I came to pick them up or add them to my next order. I chose to pick them up since I live close by, and when I arrived, Nicole didn’t just hand me the missing items. She apologized again, gave me the sides, and even included a voucher for my next meal to make up for the inconvenience. It’s not just what Nicole did, but how she did it that made all the difference. She was so kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout the whole experience. I wasn’t angry to begin with, but her care and effort turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into one that left me smiling. To Nicole: if you ever read this, thank you. You’re a gem, and the way you handled this shows the kind of person you are. Someone who truly cares. To the owner: you’ve got a superstar on your team. (Which I’m sure you already know) Hold on to her because employees like Nicole are rare. Happy new year!

Shayna was great helping me get some food and a drink. Brisket sliders were delicious. Update 12/12/2024: So I went back with my colleagues and we all enjoyed our meals. Additionally, we meet the owner, Karen, and she was a delight to speak with. We all agree that next time we are in Canada we will definitely return for some good food and drinks. 🇺🇸🚛

I went to St. Louis Bar & Grill for dinner and ordered two pounds of wings with fries. We also ordered cocktails which were fairly tasty. The food was great, and the service was fast and professional. It wasn't too busy at the time we went, so the food and drinks came out quickly. Nice size space too, not too big and not too small. I enjoyed the experience, thank you to the staff there.

We got sitted and was accommodated after 15mins. It was packed but they serviced those who came after us first. Which made us feel bad a little. But overall, food was hot and good. The sweet potato fries is our favorite.

We dined here with a larger group and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere had a great vibe. Despite the restaurant being busy the food came out HOT, the service was impressively fast and attentive. Our server made sure to check in frequently, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back. 10 ++++

Yo who thought that waffles and chicken tendys would be a good combo that was actual genius. Check out my friend Dylan he's ecstatic lol what a jolly young lad. He didn't have the waffles though, not sure what he's smiling about. Weird dude.

Wings on Tuesdays are always a big hit. $12/lb with fries. Nachos was okay. I didn't enjoy how they chopped my jalapeños. I liked them sliced, but that's just my preference. Been here twice now and definitely would go back to this location. It is a small location with very limited seating on busy days. Servers are very friendly.
