St. Louis Bar & Grill

St. Louis Bar & Grill is a solid spot for great food and a chill vibe. The wings were crispy and cooked perfectly, but I’d love to see a bit more cajun seasoning to really amp up the flavor. The garlic parmesan was tasty but could use just a little extra kick to make it stand out more. Service was decent—our server was friendly and attentive enough, though there’s room for improvement in overall speed. That said, the overall experience was solid, and I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the great work, and I hope to taste those extra flavors next time.

I will never come back in this branch again. No customer service skills and rude waitress. I brought my son and his 3 friends to celebrate his birthday. After eating the food, I asked the waitress if they have a small birthday dessert for my son for his birthday which is in two days. She said I’ll asked my supervisor first since it’s not his actual birthday yet and after waiting for few minutes she came back saying I’m sorry we can’t give him any. I told her that’s fine, so I asked the kids to just wait outside and asked the waitress where’s the supervisor and she said, it’s not actually supervisory but I asked my co worker. I knew she’s lying then. I gave her some advised to not treat customers like they, be nice and not be rude. It’s a simple gesture of providing a small bday treat will make a big difference. These workers are ignorant and do not have any customer service skills. I asked for the Ms agree card and they don’t even have one. I noticed all of their staffs are younger and do not even have any senior staff to help them and assist them. It’s so disappointing, she insisted on giving the cake as a take out and not to be rude, I took it and throw it outside anyways. It’s not about the cake , it’s about how you make people feel that matters.

We have visited a handful of times since their opening summer 2024. We have tried brisket sliders, wings, brisket bowl, chicken wing nachos, coins and curds and Detroit style pizza. The bowls were our least favourite . The rest were good bar food. Coins and curds is unique and tasty . The wing nachos can be ordered with a choice of sauce but we really enjoyed the traditional buffalo wing flavour

Great new spot for beer and wings in Promenade Mall. The staff were super friendly, and my son absolutely loved the place. The freshly cut fries, delicious wings, and a cold Guinness make it one of my favourites. They also have lots of kid-friendly meal options like pizza, pasta, and burgers, plus a side of veggies. The huge TVs on every wall are perfect for catching a football game. Highly recommend

The location is new, so it still has some problems. When talking to the staff, it sounds like the seating area is too big for the kitchen, and there is a bottleneck. Our food took over 40 minutes after we ordered, but the staff was very nice and let us use the golf+ sim. Food: I have 4 pounds of wings, and wow, out of all St.Louis in the GTA, these were by far the meatiest. TVs and every angle, so there are no bad seats. Overall, if you’re in the area, I would recommend this St.Louis over the others 4lbs bone in wing, chicken sandwich and two pitchers (150$)

Fresh made to order wings.i got 1LB HOT N’ HONEY, variety of on tap cold brew for 6$ Wings Could’ve been tossed a little more as I noticed were not coated fully. Fresh cuts Fries were crispy and delicious. Desert options - sweet Jesus Brownie caramel cheesecake was actually brought out frozen upon eating. Overall good location, lots of seating room, has a golf simulator however not sure if it’s open to public while eating. This restaurant is a good addition to the mall and surrounding area.

This restaurant has breathed new life into an empty space since The Pickle Barrel closed its doors years ago. After being a no-man’s land for quite some time, this area finally has a fresh, modern dining option – and it’s off to a great start! The decor is clean and sleek, with plenty of TVs giving the place a fun “sports bar” vibe. I visited for lunch on a weekday, and with it being fairly quiet, I had my pick of tables, making it a relaxed and enjoyable experience. The service was just as impressive as the ambiance. My server, Hallie, was prompt, friendly, and ensured everything went smoothly. To kick things off, I ordered a side Caesar salad, but to my pleasant surprise, they accidentally served me a large one at no extra charge – definitely a welcome “mistake.” For my main course, I had the honey Cajun chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy and hot, with a flavorful honey sauce that tied everything together. The fries were served hot and golden, and I appreciated the full ketchup bottles on the table –I hate when restaurants just give you a tiny tray of ketchup for your fries. Dec 22, 2024 follow up visit: we went for dinner during the weekend. It was quite busy. Our waitress was friendly. Service was a bit slow due to kitchen issues, but the staff did a good job of looking into it and our food came out shortly after we brought the delay to their attention. The burgers and fries were delicious and hot. Cheesecake was also good.

I had a good experience at this new St. Louis location. As it's brand new, there are a few kinks to work out, but overall, everything was great. My main issue was with the seating process. I put my name on the list and let the hostess know I’d be at the bar while waiting. After 30 minutes, I noticed they were seating people who just arrived, so I checked, and my name had been crossed off without being called… Aside from that, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Once they smooth out these small issues and the staff gains more experience, I’m sure it’ll be even better! I will be back! Edit: I came back multiple times, some of the times were good, but more of them were bad. The last two times I had to go to the bar to get a refill on my drink because the server never came by our table (she took our order then never came back to check in after that). Our appetizers were served at the same time as our mains. We ordered a sandwich and they gave us the wrong one. Terrible service
