St. Louis Bar & Grill

Ordered 2 pounds of wings. When it came the were were all burnt. Completely inedible! For a restaurant to even let food leave the kitchen like this shows the lack of care in the food they serve. This is the first time ordering from this location. I will never order it again from this spot. Whoever is the manager should have at least paid attention to what food is leaving the kitchen. I rarely give but how can you see the burnt wings and still decide to serve it? Outrageous

So I have been to this location a few times, didn't have great experience. However I was craving wings, and they were close to home. I had a server named Raquel, she was great. She is a very attentive, and pleasant server. Because of her I definitely will be back ♥️

I want to preface this with I am a restaurant manager, and have worked at two St Louis locations in my career. This was a terrible experience. Three ladies standing at bar chatting. We sat ourselves as there were no signs & no movement from staff. We were greeted within three minutes at the table (awesome) and our drinks were promptly brought to the table. My partner told Christina (our server) he needed another minute with the menu. 25 minutes later (!!!!!!!!) when my beer was finished, she came back and asked if we wanted food. We had wanted food, but I didn’t want to be forgotten about again. We went elsewhere for food. More attention needs be paid to customers.

I got the plant based wings! I wasn’t expecting it to be that good! It is not cauliflower. I highly recommend if you eat plant based food and craving wings! They also have a good variety of sauces! Service wasn’t the best tho.

Had boneless spicy parm and hot and honey wings. At first glance it looked dried and when I bit into it they all were burnt. Fries also dry. I ordered lots of boned wings previously and they were good.

The burger was juicy, but I wish they added ketchup and mayo. I asked for it but I didn't see any mayo and they gave me ketchup on the side. The boneless chicken is really good, plain and with memphis bbq. The coleslaw had a bit too much vinegar for my liking. The mozzarella sticks were a little doughy. I love their fries.

Overall, Pros outweigh the cons for this location. It was my first visit, and other than the wait for the server after being seated, my experience was pretty good. Daniella is extremely nice, and helpful. She checked up on us timely and answered questions in a calm manner. The location was apparently facing dill sauce shortage, and the sauce we were served tasted more like ranch. Nevertheless, the Spicy Garlic Parm wings surpassed my expectations. Surroundings were clean and enough staff was present to take care of Tuesday’s special crowd.
