The food was underwhelming, the spice mix in the breading on the pickle coins had way too much salt, the chicken strips were small for an adults meal. When we arrived we requested to sit at a 4 person table (we were 2) as we like to order appetizers and like the room to spread out, we were told "no, sorry, were really busy tonight" ok cool. There were (7) 4 person tables available and nobody came in after us. We were seated at a 2 person table that was beside another 2 person table with a half wall between us ( the wall came to my waist when sitting on the high chairs at the high table) so we were essentially sitting with a strange couple and could hear each others conversations without straining. Appetizers were brought out at the same time as the meal. No dipping sauce for chicken strips. Service was only mildly attentive. So not a horrible experience but like stated, underwhelming.

On January 3, 2025, I went to this location at 11:30AM. I was the only customer along with a man at the bar. I placed a take-out order, and when I got home, I was quite shocked; I would understand if they were busy, but first thing in the morning, that tells me the oil was dirty or the cook was blind. I can't understand why they would pack the burnt food and package it for someone to consume. I've reached out to the restaurant on more than one occasion, I've sent emails, and I can't seem to get a response from the owner. So I am warning you all not to eat from this establishment. Please see the photos and receipt. Again, there should be an option for 0 🌟

I ordered the pizza and ribs/wings combo. Everything was cold! I followed the order from start to finish and the driver got to my house in under 10 minutes. So no reasonable to be cold…..not ever room temperature. The pizza looked like it was made from pieces of other pizzas, the wings looked over done and the ribs looked ok but after seeing the pizza and wings I didn’t even want to try them. I didn’t eat anything but cold fries and one wing and a bite of pizza. The box even had finger prints on it. WORST EVERY FOOD ORDER EVER. Definitely will not be trying them again!

St. Louis is one of my favourite restaurants. I always order from the other location at BCC however because they were closed I decided to try the other one. Big mistake! I ordered through Uber eats and got the Nachos as well as the Garlic sticks. On the Uber website it says the Nachos come with only cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream and salsa. However after I ordered I called to confirm what was on the nachos as my boyfriend doesn’t eat jalapeños , they told me they did in fact do come with those but not to worry they will make sure it’s not on ours- mind you the server was extremely rushy on the phone I was worried if she even listened or cared. After receiving our order and open the box it did in fact have jalapeños all over. My boyfriend wasn’t going to eat them but I figured I would still go ahead, just to find a long black hair underneath the nachos. The Pizza garlic bread sticks were dark brown and very hard, nothing like I’ve ever had from St. Louis and as I said it’s one of my favourite places to go to/ order. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this location ever again!!

This location used to be good but their food has gone downhill. Ordered the family meal on UberEats and for close to $100 I got 5lbs of overcooked and dry wings and less than half a box of fries. Also instead of sauce on the wings I asked for it on the side and got two tiny containers (see photos) of sauce that definitely cannot cover 5lbs of wings. Will not order from here or visit again.

Came here for an afternoon lunch today. It was during a slower time so it made dine-in more peaceful. I was greeted by the lovely server Jasmine who promptly had me seated and took my order. For the food, I ordered the 2lbs wings with a side of fries. The food was fresh and tasted great. Overall, the experience was really good for the lunch time. Biggest shoutout to Jasmine who was consistent and made the time spent here enjoyable. Thanks!

I ordered my regular Chicken wings poutine and It was half box with almost no chicken in it, Extremely disappointed and irate with their food quantity and quality. Upon calling they are not even trying to hear me. Just not it.

Went here for a quick Mother's Day dinner. Ordered 2lbs of wings and all the wings were undercooked and raw. The meat inside was pink, red and translucent. Server completely avoided our table right after and didn't bother with offering any type of courtesy replacement or even a check up on anything. I wasn't looking for free food. But to actually feel like they didn't care that they served raw food was evident. Item was removed from our bill though, but you can tell the customer service here was just horrible. I didn't even get cutlery for my food and had to share a fork with my daughter. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the time. Extremely disappointed.
