St. Louis Bar & Grill

We've been ordering takeout here a lot over the past 5 years. Recently they changed the buy one get one portions drastically. Due to this we will not be returning. First they started getting very cheap on the amount of sauce the wings were tossed in but we kept ordering. As soon as the portions started changing we made the decision to move on to a different restaurant.

Not sure if management changed but this location used to be good. Went here recently and the waitress who served us could barely answer any questions we had about the menu. Also, I wanted to order the tiki madness, only for the waitress to tell me they don’t do it anymore when I literally looked over at the bar and saw all the liquor needed for it. She didn’t even ask the bartender if it was possible. I ordered a tiki madness at another St. Louis, no problem. Also, this specific location changed the fries. It’s not as good anymore. Other locations still have the original fries.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The initial dishes I ordered were poorly prepared and lacked flavour, so I had no choice but to order something else. However, the wait for the new dish was excessively long, which only added to the frustration. Even though the items I returned were not included in the bill, the overall service left much to be desired. One of the major issues was that the staff didn’t seem to communicate with each other at all. This lack of coordination resulted in delays and confusion, further affecting the quality of service. It’s surprising because I’ve had consistently positive experiences at other locations of this chain, where the food was great, and the service was seamless. I really hope this particular restaurant can improve and live up to the standard set by the rest of the chain.

Ordered wings and deep fried pickles via Uber eats. Would not waist your money. Food was cold and wings and pickles were way overcooked. The fries were about the only thing decent. This is the second time this has happened when I ordered delivery. You can see from the pics but it won’t let me add them. Find another place.

Can’t beat coming here when they have the endless wing promotion. The food is pretty good , definitely try the club wrap if you’re not there for wings. I come every so often and the Bartender Kristy always makes me feel at home like I’m a neighbour coming over for some bbq. Great service and she definitely deserves Kudos , makes fantastic drinks too. Definitely a lot of repeat business because of your service staff and you can tell there are a lot of regulars there. Keep up the great work.

I Ordered salt and pepper wings & honey garlic. The honey garlic had hardly any sauce on them, and the salt and pepper ones, all the salt and pepper was off the wings and sitting in bottom of take out container. No dill dip included in the order. Very disappointed in their quality for the price. Won't be ordered from there again .. don't waste your money

I really like St. Louis but food quality has always been inconsistent between locations. This location is by far the worst I’ve had. Our food took 20 minutes to come out and everything was overcooked. The fries were definitely more brown than golden. The wings were completely dried out and tough. Felt like I had to wash the wings down with my iced tea towards the latter half of my meal. The place was 90% full but only had two waitresses. They were overwhelmed by the sheer number of customers to be served. Our waitress was clearly trying her best and is the only reason why I am giving two stars.
