let’s start with a good note- our server riya was very very friendly, helpful, and she was knowledgeable about the menu. the problem was in the kitchen! we ordered 12oz of brisket but when the order arrived, we could tell it was not 12oz. even though the meat and fat ratio was good but the meat was dry! mashed potato was absolutely basic. fries were good. wings were fantastic. the desserts were good too. a little effort in the kitchen and this place could go far. best wishes

We placed/paid 2 orders for pickup via Skip the Dishes. One went through, the other did not. We shared the confirming email with them. The sole server could not seem to address the issue. All that happens, and the fact that "Skip" did not transmit the order is not her (or the restaurant's fault). What was inexcusable was the lack of communication to us by the server and the fact that the manager (working at the grill) did not even bother to speak to us. After an approx 10 minute wait, I asked the server for a status update and she simply shrugged. We ended up with one order filled, and the other unfilled. The food in the first order that was placed was in fact very good. Restaurants need to understand that poor service is totally unacceptable - regardless of the quality of the food. We wish them well - but, based on the fact that only one table was in use and they made little effort to find a solution to a service issue... I have my doubts. Too bad, given the quality of the food.

A hidden gem! Great food and the shareable platters were great for a large party. Suha was great introducing us to the food choices. Highly recommended!

I’ve come here a couple times but my last visit was the worst. I don’t know if our server was having a bad day but it felt like she didn’t want to serve us. She didn’t give us a menu, we took it from another table. We had to ask for cups for the water jug she brought. The service got better when someone else had stepped in. On the other hand, the food is reasonably priced and there’s a lot of options.

Tried the pulled pork nachos and bank back ribs. The ribs had a nice crust with the BBQ sauce. The pulled pork nachoes had a generous helping of pulled pork, but it needed a bit of BBQ sauce to round it out. The server was friendly and attentive (the restaurant was not busy with dine-in guests, just take out orders). Good top music playing with a few TVs with sports and news. Complementary sparking water is a nice touch. Not to mention the free alcoholic drink with a Google Review.
