Best place for anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies. The owners actually cleaned all the utensils and the prep area as our daughter has nut allergies. Food is also great. We also learned that most of the dinner items can be made halal as they buy halal chicken from Costco. Just need to call in advance for a heads up. We will definitely be going back whenever in the neighborhood.

Went for afternoon tea and had a blast. Hands down best gluten-free afternoon tea experience. From the sandwiches, to the scones, to the array of desserts it was amazing!!! Staff was super friendly and got to speak to the main chef who made all the recipes. Anyone who is celiac or gluten-free needs to check it out

Stopped by here for a quick bite and did not know this was a gluten free cafe! We ordered sandwiches which were delicious. We only realized it was gluten free on our second visit for coffee. Great spot with tasty food and fabulous atmosphere/staff. We will definitely be coming back!

Was amazing! I got the Basil Melt and so did my sister. She is gluten free and I not, so I was worried about what I would like but it was so delicious! The man there was so nice! I love the atmosphere and everything here is gluten free they also have some vegan option! I spent about 25$ total with the Delgana drink. It did take a while to get our food but it was worth it!!!! 5 stars!

First of all, I wanted to mention, they work their butts off and the perfection really shows. As a person who is always leaning towards one specific thing when ordering, Sprouty menu changed that for me. I had items which I genuinely like more now than my regular orders at other places. I highly recommend the PLT , the Smoked Salmon Bagel, Almond Orange cake and the Pina Colada smoothie. They are all dairy and gluten free and it’s impressive. Definitely stop by this place , it’s awesome!

Run don’t walk to this fabulous little gem (especially if you have a limited diet). The food, the service, the attention to detail are all 10/10. We shared the tofu scramble and Caprese sandwiches and a pina colada smoothie, and truly it was difficult to pick a favourite amongst the three! Though this place boasts a gluten and dairy free menu the food is so delicious you would never guess anything was missing. To top it off the owners were so kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure my dietary needs (celiac, vegan) were met and I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning and telling all my friends about this place!

We had a fantastic lunch here! Sandwiches are filling and tasty!! We also had a smoothie not pictured; it was refreshing and not overly expensive like most smoothies. Service was great and even gave us a cookie on the house. We will back. Definitely check out this East End gem.

Delicious sandwich, comes with great side salad. The tofu scramble sandwich was delicious. Bread was perfectly toasted. Crinkle cookie and orange almond loaf were also incredible. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. The textures and flavours were a perfect blend. Lovely atmosphere, great seating options. Covered patio. Non gluten free person also quite enjoyed the sandwich and desserts.
